2023 Excellence Awards- Sponsorship Packages

Introduction

Thank you for your interest in sponsoring our annual awards events for the University Hospitals of Northamptonshire Group.

The Group is made up of Northampton and Kettering General Hospitals and was launched in July 2021 to support collaboration of care across Northamptonshire.

Joining together as a Group has provided an opportunity to shape our future direction, ensuring we are committed to, and aligned with a single vision and mission with shared values and priorities. We are really excited to be working together to improve access to services and the quality of care we can provide.

We have over 10,000 employees who are dedicated to providing excellent care for patients across the county. This makes us one of the biggest employers in the county and we have colleagues who travel to work in our hospital from all across the midlands and beyond.

We have our two main acute hospitals in Northampton and Kettering who provide inpatient and outpatient treatment, accident and emergency (A&E) facilities and specialist services.

About our Excellence Awards

Our Excellence Awards recognise outstanding contributions of our colleagues, volunteers and fundraisers who are Dedicated to Excellence.

This is our chance to come together annually to celebrate the people who make a real difference to the way we work and our patient care. We receive hundreds of nominations and every year our judging panel are blown away by the stories we receive.

For the first time we will be hosting the event as a hospital Group with colleagues from all of our hospitals in one location together to celebrate.

We pride ourselves on putting a lot of heart and soul into these events to make it a memorable occasion for all involved. From cards sent to every nominee, to the finishing touches of theming our tables with small gifts, we really do put our all into saying thank you to those who make a difference to our patients.

This year the event theme will be Glitz and Glamour giving those attending a night out of scrubs and into some sparkles!

The event will take place on Thursday 16 March 2023.

Why sponsor our event?

Becoming one of our Excellent Event Sponsors is an ideal opportunity to get involved and to show your appreciation for our amazing NHS colleagues and volunteers. It's a chance to help us to say thank you to the people who care for our local community and celebrate them for going over and above.

We are asking for sponsorship this year to help us to provide those extra special touches to say thank you to our NHS heroes. If you are an organisation, you will have the opportunity to promote your brand to 10,000 colleagues, to our volunteers, patients and visitors.

For the past few years, we have been lucky enough to be supported each year by the Northamptonshire Health Charity. They have provided us with so much support and we are so thankful for their continued support of these celebration events.

Package one:

Excellent Extras Sponsorship Package

This package supports some Excellent Extras to help to make our event memorable for colleagues, volunteers and fundraisers.

These are the little touches that help to make the event as special as possible for those in attendance.

The packages range from £150 to £2800 and cover a range of options.

These options below are flexible so please contact us to discuss.

In return for your sponsorship we will...

Feature your logo or name near to or on the items sponsored (dependent on what is possible)

Feature your logo or company name on the pre-event and live event presentations on the night

Add your logo or company name onto our two hospital websites and social media

Feature your company or organisation in our event programme

Include your company name in the closing speech on the night

How to reserve your sponsorship package

To find out more about the opportunities available, to discuss your requirements and reserve your sponsorship package please contact the Communications Team via email ngh-tr.communications@nhs.net

We will then send you a booking form to complete. Following receipt of a completed booking form we will issue a request for funds to be paid to Northamptonshire Health Charity.

As soon as the funds are received by the charity your sponsorship will begin.

Reservations for packages must be received by Thursday 16 February to guarantee the full benefits as advertised above.

If we have packages remaining after this date, we will still consider sponsorship offers, and will work with you to discuss available options.

Package two:

Be one of our supporters and help towards our overall event costs. If you would just like to say thank you to our colleagues this is the option for you.
