PSYCHOMETRIC REPORTING We design a bespoke McQuaig Psychometric test for each Premium Selection role we recruit for. All candidates considered for the role complete this online and a detailed report is produced, identifying strengths, weaknesses and overall suitability for the role.

This report is made available to you as part of the selection process, ensuring that only the most relevant candidates make the interview shortlist.

VIDEO ASSESSMENTS You can request your candidates record a brief video to be uploaded as part of their application.
