YOUR PLACEMENTS Whether you are an SME seeking your next Finance & Procurement Director, or a corporation looking to recruit a high volume of accounting temps – Butler Rose can provide you with a tailored service.

FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES We check candidates’ identity documents and entitlement to work in the USA, ask them to complete a criminal record declaration and ensure they are able to confirm qualifications, as standard.

We are also able to perform background checks on full time employees, and provide references covering the last two years (or longer on request), to guarantee candidate quality and save you time.

Butler Rose has a standard safety net that provides an eight week guarantee on full time employees; rebating our clients an eighth of the fee for each week not worked, should the candidate leave during their first eight weeks of employment.

TEMPORARY & TEMP TO HIRE We can support the full scope of your temporary recruitment needs; from one-off interim appointments to supplying a high volume of accounting temps.

Clients will be provided with temps on a 48 hour working interview basis. This means that should you not feel they are suitable for the role at any point in their first two days, we will cancel their assignment and you will not be charged a dime.* *Butler Rose will pay the candidate for their time at own expense.
