Support Your Healthy Lifestyle with a Tower Garden

Dr. Kristy Harvell, founder of Health by Design FL in Jacksonville, is excited to announce her upcoming workshop, Grow Green, being held March 16 from 6:45 to 7:45 p.m. both in-person and via Zoom.

During this event, Dr. Kristy will share a multitude of healthy, easy to implement lifestyle tips with attendees. “For those that have picky eaters in the household, I’ll be sharing techniques I use with my own family to ensure improved daily eating habits,” she affirms.

Dr. Kristy will also discuss the benefits of installing a vertical aeroponic Tower Garden. “Aeroponics, an advanced form of hydroponics, is the process of growing plants in an air or mist environment rather than soil,” she explains. “Aeroponic systems use water, liquid nutrients and a soilless growing medium to grow nutritious produce quickly and efficiently.”

According to Dr. Kristy, the Tower Garden system is a foolproof method of growing one’s own produce. “There’s no learning curve like with traditional gardening which can be complicated and time-consuming with all the pests, disease and weeds,” she explains. “Tower Garden automatically delivers water and nutrients when they’re most needed so you’re able to grow strong, healthy plants with minimal effort.”
