Dear Readers,

Workshops are the heart of the automotive aftermarket. As the traditional endpoint of the aftermarket value chain, they are the critical interface between aftermarket products and end users. Ultimately, the effectiveness and expertise of workshops shape the performance of the entire aftermarket and, by extension, customer satisfaction.

In an era marked by rapid technological advancement and continuous innovation across the automotive industry, it has never been more important for workshops to keep pace. From sustainability initiatives and advanced diagnostic technologies to evolving repair methods, workshops are constantly progressing. NEXUS is committed to accelerating this progress in a consistent, structured, and safe manner.

NEXUS Automotive International brings together aftermarket suppliers, distributors, and workshops with one shared objective: to navigate the industry’s ongoing transformation more effectively. By offering training, data-driven solutions, knowledge sharing, and a wide range of support initiatives, NEXUS helps its partners remain at the forefront of change.

May this 43rd edition of INSIDE Magazine inform and empower the NEXUS community, expand its understanding of the continuous evolution within workshops, and enable stronger collaboration, greater efficiency, and sustained success.

With best regards,

NEXUS Automotive International launches Partivia, a new procurement powerhouse for the Automotive Aftermarket

NEXUS Automotive International today announces the launch of Partivia, a NEXUS company that will transform aftermarket procurement for NEXUS members.

Scalable by nature, Partivia is built with a long-term roadmap that enables the progressive expansion of its scope and capabilities in line with Supplier satisfaction, member needs, and evolving market dynamics. Founded by 13 shareholders from

across the NEXUS ecosystem, the company is open by design. Prospective members are already expressing strong interest in joining, reinforcing the entity’s momentum and long-term growth potential.

ROBERTO ROGGEBAND COO, Partivia

Partivia reinforces the 2nd pillar of NEXUS’s strategy, which is dedicated to Transactional activities, including SmartParts. Partivia’s addition is thus a key milestone in the journey to create a NEXUS Group by 2028.

Partivia will improve alignment and increase the compliance ratio with NEXUS’ Industrial Partners, deliver stronger purchasing conditions, more harmonised category management, and a collaborative, future-oriented procurement model that responds to the evolving needs of aftermarket distributors and suppliers.

A phased rollout of Partivia’s activities will begin with an initial operational phase involving its founding shareholders and first members. This will allow the company to refine its procurement model and align category management strategies, while ensuring that value creation is fully validated before expanding to a broader member base.

Partivia is led by Roberto Roggeband, who has 20 years’ experience in the automotive aftermarket and a strong track record in international product management and

procurement. Roberto’s career spans both the supplier and distribution sides of the industry, with roles at companies including ZF Group, CWS-boco Group, and Magneti Marelli Aftermarket. His strategic, operational, and cross-market experience will drive Partivia’s development and longterm success.

“Partivia is about creating a new procurement reality for the aftermarket – one that is stronger, more structured, and more aligned with today’s market dynamics,” said Roberto Roggeband , Chief Operating Officer of Partivia. “By bringing together committed shareholders with significant scale, we are building an operation that delivers tangible value while remaining open, agile, and future-focused.”

“With its solid shareholder base, clear strategic vision, and growing interest from potential members, Partivia marks an important step in NEXUS Automotive International’s ongoing commitment to consolidation, collaboration, and value creation within the global automotive aftermarket,” said Gaël Escribe , CEO, NEXUS Automotive International. 

Community’s role as the vanguard of the industry.

NEXUS Climate Day: from competitive advantage to value creation

The fourth NEXUS Climate Day convened more than 300 participants to develop tangible solutions and share best practices.

The event brought together sustainability specialists, suppliers and members of the N! community, representing the entire NEXUS value chain.

Panel discussions and proof-of-concept (POC) projects developed by Bosch, Mann+Hummel, SKF and TotalEnergies provided concrete guidelines for embedding sustainability within the industry.

Gaël Escribe appealed for the foundation of an alliance to structure the battery repair in Europe and territories where the EV car park will generate main maintenance soon. While individual efforts within the industry are shaping up, forming alliances across ecosystems can create the only answer to this major challenge is collaborative approach.

INSIDERS THE WORKSHOP IN MOTION

INTERVIEW WITH STEFANO BARUZZI Operations Director The Truck

Company

What is Truck Company Group?

Truck Company Group is a group of long-established companies with a distribution system focused on the Heavy Duty spare parts sector, with an aggregate turnover of approximately €200 million.

The Group was founded in 2011 and currently has 5 members with 28 structured sales outlets located throughout Italy. The Truck Company Group members are a point of reference in their respective territories, thanks to their organization, speed, and services dedicated to workshops; we currently have 420 employees working for our members.

Truck Company Group coordinates all activities from its headquarters in Segrate (Milan) with a staff of three employees dedicated exclusively to the industrial vehicle sector, interacting in relations between suppliers, its members, workshops and fleets.

How do you see the future of the automotive aftermarket in the short and long terms, given the challenging context (electrification, AI,…)?

In the short term, the aftermarket will continue to show resilience, despite an increas-

ingly complex technological landscape. The situations we are facing, to name just a few:

The growing technological complexity of EVs, ADAS, software, and connected systems means that maintenance is becoming less mechanical and increasingly digital. Without access to OEM know-how and data, there is a risk of losing operational capacity.

Access to data and diagnostics: the value shifts to advanced diagnostics, software updates, and predictive maintenance. Technology partners are essential to ensure tools, interoperability, and regulatory compliance.

In the medium to long term, electrification and AI will profoundly transform operating models and the skills required in the industrial vehicle sector, necessitating an evolution in skills: this is why strategic suppliers are becoming facilitators through training, technical support, and knowledge transfer. Let’s not forget about the speed of innovation: innovation cycles are faster than ever before, collaboration allows us to anticipate change rather than suffer it, aligning yourself with manufacturers’ roadmaps.

Last but not least, the economic sustainability of the model: with fewer traditional mechanical parts, the value shifts to services, software, and the quality of the intervention. Partnerships enable the development of new sustainable business models.

In this scenario, the ability to build strategic partnerships with suppliers and OEM technology owners will be crucial to addressing change and maintaining competitiveness. I therefore assume this will not be just a “commercial” collaboration, but rather a structured and strategic one, because OEM suppliers are now the main holders of vehicle architectures, diagnostic data and algorithms, expertise in high-voltage systems and cybersecurity, and future technology roadmaps.

What are you expecting from N! Community

We are very pleased to embark on a new partnership with NEXUS. This opportunity represents a moment of growth for us, not only as an organization, but also in terms of strengthening relationships and creating new opportunities for development and innovation in our sector.

Why are you proud to join NEXUS? Being part of NEXUS will enable us to accelerate the development of targeted operational solutions, commercial agreements, and technical training programs, with a pragmatic and efficiency-oriented approach.

What will you bring to N! Community?

I believe that sharing professional experiences will enable growth because it builds collective knowledge, accelerates learning, strengthens networking, and creates new opportunities. 

THE WORKSHOP IN MOTION...

DYNAMICS IN TRANSFORMING THE AUTOMOTIVE AFTERMARKET

The automotive aftermarket is undergoing one of the most significant transformations in its history. Technological progress, evolving customer expectations, new mobility models and increasing regulatory pressure are redefining the role of the workshop. Workshops can no longer operate in isolation; they must evolve as part of a dynamic ecosystem that enables continuous adaptation and growth.

At NEXUS, we consider workshop concepts and networks to be key enablers of this transformation. What were once primarily purchasing or branding structures have evolved into platforms that support professionalisation, competitiveness and long-term environmental sustainability.

Workshop concepts provide the framework to support this evolution, offering structure and direction while preserving the individuality of each business.

FROM STATIC WORKSHOPS TO LIVING ORGANISATIONS

This “workshop in motion” concept is characterised by:

● Continuous development of technical and managerial skills

● Rapid adoption of new technologies and processes

● More structured, data-driven management

● A stronger focus on customer experience

● Integration into a value-adding network

WORKSHOP NETWORKS AS TRANSFORMATION PLATFORMS

Being part of a network goes far beyond sharing a visual identity or benefiting from purchasing conditions. Modern workshop concepts act as transformation platforms, giving access to tools, expertise and services that would be difficult to develop independently.

Traditionally, workshops have relied on the twin pillars of technical expertise and close relationships with their customers. Both pillars remain essential - but they are no longer enough. Today’s workshop must be agile, professionally managed and customer-oriented, and resilient enough to operate in an environment of constant change.

N!SERVICE

International networks like NEXUSAUTO, focused on passenger cars, or NEXUSTRUCK, dedicated to commercial vehicles, illustrate how network concepts can be adapted to different segments while sharing a common vision of quality, performance and professionalisation.

The impact of workshop networks manifests across multiple dimensions: operational efficiency through shared best practices and standardised processes; managerial maturity, supporting workshops in KPI monitoring, profitability and organisation; technological readiness, helping workshops navigate digitalisation and vehicle complexity; and market positioning, strengthening visibility and customer trust.

NEXUS’ objective is to ensure that networks remain relevant, flexible and closely aligned with the day-to-day reality of workshops across different markets.

THE IMPORTANCE OF SPECIALISATION

Alongside generalist networks, the there is strong growth of specialised networks across the aftermarket. Electrified vehicles, classic cars, body repair and other technical specialisations require focused expertise, adapted training and tailored support.

These specialised concepts empower networks to concentrate advanced technical knowledge and deliver targeted, relevant training. By doing so, they craft a clear and differentiated

value proposition for customers, effectively supporting workshops that operate in high value-added segments where precision and expertise are non-negotiable.

When integrated into a strong network structure, specialisation becomes a powerful competitive advantage, enabling workshops to differentiate themselves and stay ahead of market evolution.

LOOKING AHEAD

The future of the automotive aftermarket will be shaped by ecosystems that are more connected, specialised and resilient. Network concepts will continue to evolve towards flexible, service-oriented and data-driven models.

For NEXUS, the challenge lies in balancing global vision with local realities, ensuring that generalist networks, specialised concepts and points of sale all remain powerful drivers of transformation in an industry that is constantly in motion. 

TRAINING AT THE CORE OF THE AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY’S TRANSFORMATION

The automotive industry is undergoing a deep transformation. Increased electrification, growing connectivity, and rising system complexity driven by advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) are reshaping vehicles and the way they are serviced. The industry is progressively shifting from purely mechanical products to mobility solutions and services. This transformation is not only technological; it is equally human, and skills driven.

As vehicles evolve, so do the competencies required to design, maintain, and repair them. Technology is advancing faster than traditional learning cycles, making training a strategic imperative rather than an optional activity.

TRAINING AS A STRATEGIC IMPERATIVE

Automotive technologies are evolving at a pace that traditional training models can no longer support. Skills become obsolete more quickly, and workshops must continuously adapt to new systems, tools, and procedures. Investing in equipment, diagnostic tools, or infrastructure without continuous training no longer makes sense.

Beyond performance and efficiency, training has become a critical safety requirement.

With the rise of electric and high-voltage systems, insufficiently trained or uncertified technicians are exposed to serious health and safety risks. Working on high-voltage components without the appropriate knowledge, procedures, and certifications can endanger both technicians and workshop environments.

Training has therefore become a critical pillar of operational performance and safety. Without it, workshops risk inefficiency, mis-repairs, increased warranty costs, safety incidents, and declining customer trust.

Continuous learning and proper certification are now essential to ensure that investments translate into real technical capability while protecting the people working on these vehicles.

N!SERVICE

THE NEW SKILL SET OF THE AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN

The key competencies required in today’s automotive environment go far beyond traditional mechanical expertise. Electrical and software diagnostics, understanding vehicle systems and architecture, data flow analysis, and root cause diagnostics are now key skills.

Tomorrow’s technician will first and foremost be a diagnostician. Rather than replacing parts through trial and error, technicians must be capable of running holistic analyses, quickly identifying the true cause of failures, and applying precise corrective actions. This shift in skill requirements highlights the importance of structured and targeted training programmes.

TRAINING AS A KEY ENABLER FOR THE AFTERMARKET

As vehicles get more complex, training is a key enabler for the aftermarket. It allows independent and authorised workshops alike to remain competitive by providing access to essential technical information, diagnostic tools, and OEM procedures.

Training also enables workshops to develop specialisation in areas such as electric vehicles, battery systems, ADAS calibration, and vehicle connectivity. Through skills development, the aftermarket can evolve from a traditional “repairer” role into that of a true technical expert, capable of delivering high-quality and reliable services.

ADAPTING TRAINING MODELS TO INDUSTRY TRANSFORMATION

To effectively support industry transformation, training approaches must evolve. Long and infrequent training sessions are no longer enough. Training must be delivered through short, targeted modules that allow continuous development of skills.

Blended learning models, thatcombine online theoretical content with hands-on practical sessions, are increasingly essential. Continuous updates aligned with product evolution ensure that training remains relevant, while certification systems based on real competencies help validate technical expertise meaningfully.

BRIDGING INNOVATION AND FIELD APPLICATION

Training also plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between innovation and real-world application. By transferring knowledge from suppliers to end users in local markets, training organisations act as a link between advanced technologies and daily workshop operations.

This role is essential for ensuring that innovation delivers tangible value across different regions and market conditions, supporting consistent quality and technical performance worldwide.

TRAINING, QUALITY, AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

In an increasingly competitive and complex automotive environment, customer satis-

faction is inseparable from training quality. Beyond technical performance, training also has a direct impact on customer satisfaction. Well-trained technicians reduce mis-repairs and warranty costs while improving service quality and consistency. Technical competence builds customer confidence and reinforces trust in both the workshop and the brand.

TRAINING IN THE HEART OF THE FUTURE OF THE INDUSTRY

Technology alone cannot transform the automotive industry. People’s skills and knowledge are the true drivers of change. Training is no longer a support function; it is a strategic pillar of the automotive industry’s transformation. By enabling skills development, supporting the aftermarket, and ensuring quality and customer trust, training stands at the heart of the industry’s ability to navigate its ongoing transformation successfully. 

EV WORKSHOP DYNAMICS IN EUROPE:

A WINDOW OF OPPORTUNITY FOR THE INDEPENDENT AFTERMARKET

As Europe’s electric vehicle parc continues to expand, the aftermarket is entering a decisive phase. For parts manufacturers and service providers, the key question is: “How fast will the balance of power evolve between OEM networks and independent workshops?”

New insights from the GiPA EV Europe Study 2026 provide a clear signal: while OEM dealer networks still dominate EV workshop entries today, the independent aftermarket is already gaining meaningful ground.

According to GiPA data, 64% of EV workshop entries currently take place within OES networks, confirming the strong early-life capture strategy of vehicle manufacturers and the high level of trust EV drivers still place in brand-certified expertise.

However, the picture is far from static. Independent Mechanical Garages (IMGs) already account for 16% of EV workshop visits, with tyre specialists capturing 10% and body shops and other channels adding further share. Taken together, the independent ecosystem is earlier than many expected.

This shift reflects a gradual normalization of EV servicing behavior. As vehicles age and drivers gain confidence, the traditional aftermarket migration curve is beginning to replicate itself in the electric era.

GiPA’s EV Europe Study 2026 study shows that EV owners are becoming more pragmatic in their service choices. While early adopters remained strongly tied to OEM networks, the broader EV population is starting to behave more like traditional vehicle owners.

This is because vehicle ageing is naturally pushing cars out of warranty, while cost sensitivity is increasing among EV owners, and independent workshop capabilities are steadily improving

What this means for aftermarket parts manufacturers

The message from the data is clear: the EV aftermarket will not remain OEM-locked. But timing and preparation will separate winners from followers.

Manufacturers should already be asking:

• Are our product ranges EV-ready beyond fast-moving categories?

• Are independent workshops equipped and confident to install our parts?

• Are we visible where EV service decisions are increasingly made?

Those who wait for independent share to become “large enough” risk arriving too late. The capture battle is being shaped now in training, availability, and technical credibility. The players who invest early in EV capability, workshop enablement, and data-driven strategy will be best positioned to capture the next wave of service demand. 

ID RECHANGE: A STRUCTURED SERVICE ECOSYSTEM TO DEVELOP THE NEXUSAUTO NETWORK

In a car market undergoing profound transformation, independent repairers must balance economic performance, rising technical complexity and heightened customer expectations. To meet these challenges, ID Rechange, in collaboration with NEXUS Automotive International, is rolling out a comprehensive, structured service offering for workshops in the NEXUSAUTO network, accessible through its network of 284 member distributors act as local relays.

Beyond the supply of parts, NEXUSAUTO garages benefit from direct support. The model’s strength lies in the proximity of ID Rechange distributors, who provide daily technical advice, responsive logistics, commercial support and network deployment. This local presence is reinforced by network coordinators, who help NEXUSAUTO workshops develop their business and implement tools and services.

Competitiveness and technical expertise

Competitiveness is key. Thanks to ranges adapted to market needs — in particular

Technipro Carrosserie, Technipro Matériel and Technikit — repairers access reliable, technical solutions with controlled pricing, protecting margins while guaranteeing quality under the NEXUSAUTO banner.

But a NEXUSAUTO workshop’s performance relies as much on skills as on the products. The vehicle fleet is ageing, powertrains are evolving, on-board systems are becoming more complex, while vehicles are increasingly demanding in terms of technology. In this context, continuous upskilling of teams is essential.

With ID Academy, ID Rechange offers a structured programme of technical and professional training, enabling repairers to update their knowledge, master new technologies and secure their interventions.A dedicated technical hotline further supports workshops in diagnosing and resolving complex cases. Training and field assistance form a genuine lever for competitiveness and long-term sustainability.

Digital services, online communication campaigns, marketing plans and national competitions boost workshop activity and strengthen their local visibility. ID Rechange distributors and network coordinators give hands-on support to workshops in implementing these actions, so that tools are transformed into measurable results.

Through this coherent set of services — technical expertise, training, marketing, digital, local field presence — ID Rechange strengthens the NEXUSAUTO network, giving independent repairers the means to grow sustainably within a structured, high-performance and competitive model.

10 years of NEXUSAUTO in France: a decade of structuring and ambition Developed by ID Rechange since 2016, the NEXUSAUTO network has been present in France for ten years.

Built around a strong ambition, the network offers independent workshops a structured,

high-performance and modern model, capable of competing with manufacturer networks while preserving entrepreneurial independence.

Over a decade, NEXUSAUTO France has consolidated its territorial coverage and enriched its value proposition, evolving from a launch phase to a mature and recognised model.

NEXUSAUTO France now embodies a structured, ambitious and performance-oriented network, capable of supporting repairers in today’s challenges — digitalisation, technological evolution of vehicles, and new customer expectations — while strengthening their long-term competitiveness.

A collective strength rooted in proximity Beyond tools and services, the strength of NEXUSAUTO lies above all in the people bringing it to life. Committed distributors, field coordinators and passionate repairers build a model based on proximity, listening and mutual support.

This collective dynamic, driven by ID Rechange, ensures that NEXUSAUTO workshops are never left to face market developments alone. It is this relationship of trust, rooted locally and driven by a shared vision, that underpins the network’s solidity and future. 

INTERVIEW: SCALING UP NEXUSAUTO AND

N! FLEET

IN ITALY

Lorenzo Titaro, Network & Fleet Business Coordinator Consultant at NEXUS Automotive Italia, discusses NEXUS Fleet’s approach to fleet management.

Lorenzo, what motivated you to lead the development of the NEXUSAUTO network in Italy, and how does the fleet project fit into this vision?

NEXUSAUTO immediately presented an interesting new challenge. The shareholder group has demonstrated consistent solidity and vision, and has further strengthened itself with the addition of significant new partners. An important boost also came from the entry of Telos, an organisation

deeply rooted in the mechanical workshop sector, which made it possible to turn our initial vision into a concrete project. From this perspective, the fleet project is a natural evolution of the NEXUSAUTO strategy.

How did the NFleet project come about?

As the market evolved, we identified a clear need for a dedicated fleet management solution. This led to the creation of N-Service, an independent company estab-

lished through direct investments by NEXUS Automotive Italy shareholders. Our goal was to build an efficient and scalable model for managing fleet business. N-Service is a fully structured, standalone entity. It features an in-house customer service team, its own authority portal for handling procedures, a business intelligence system for data monitoring and invoicing, a dedicated CRM, and external support for mechanical workshops. We are already seeing concrete results: over the past year, the fleet segment has generated more than €5 million in revenue.

What distinguishes the NEXUS Fleet model?

With NEXUSFleet, we can contract mechanical workshops across Italy, especially in regions where the rental fleet market is highly developed and growing strongly. The network now includes more than 850 facilities, ensuring the coverage to rapidly serve the needs of major rental fleets.

Access to the network is managed via a qualification questionnaire, in collaboration with Quattroruote Professional. This allows us to vet applicants to ensure they meet the standards required by large fleets. These standards include organisational structure, operational capacity, availability of essential services, and adequate equipment. This rigorous selection process helps us create a complete supply chain that directly involves

spare parts distributors, which is essential for maintaining efficiency and operational continuity.

What role does NEXUSAUTO play in the development of the Italian aftermarket, and why is it a benchmark for workshops and fleet operators?

NEXUSAUTO now has approximately 250 affiliated mechanical workshops in Italy, a number set to grow in the coming years. The value of the network is not just in terms of revenue, but by its ability to generate visibility, loyalty, and new business opportunities.

Fleets are a vital source of direct business, and also a strategic channel for identifying new workshops and strengthening the existing network. In some cases, facilities initially involved only to meet specific fleet requirements have since joined the main network, further expanding the NEXUS ecosystem.

What are the primary objectives for NEXUSTRUCK, and how will it benefit from the experience gained through NEXUSAUTO?

The NEXUSTRUCK project is dedicated to the industrial vehicle sector. The entry of Truck Company Group - Italy’s leading truck group - represents a significant boost and creates immediate synergies. While we are still in the startup phase, the goal

is to build a qualified, integrated network for the commercial and industrial vehicle sector, following the path established by NEXUSAUTO.

Looking ahead which transformations will most impact the aftermarket and fleets, over the next three years?

The fleet market is growing strongly, especially in Northern Italy. The Italian system is highly advanced compared to other European countries. The model we are building here is replicable and represents significant potential for other markets. We are only at the beginning. Success will depend on operators’ ability to adapt quickly and invest in new solutions. In this context, the fleet project represents a fundamental strategic lever. Our goal is to further strengthen the network, acquire new clients, and increase volumes. Those who invest today will be able to seize tomorrow’s opportunities. 

THE RAPID GROWTH OF THE NEXUSAUTO ECOSYSTEM IN MONGOLIA

How Suld United is shaping a new standard for automotive services.

A market ready for transformation Mongolia’s automotive market has expanded rapidly in the last decade, driven by urbanisation, mining, logistics, and the strong growth of ride-hailing services. While the total number of vehicles in the country has increased significantly, the automotive service and aftermarket sectors have not evolved at the same pace.

Workshops face common structural challenges: limited standardisation, fragmented networks, a lack of digital tools, and restricted access to financing. These factors highlight the need for a new, ecosystem-based model capable of supporting sustainable development.

This environment has created the ideal foundation for the introduction of NEXUSAUTO Service in Mongolia.

Suld United LLC: Local leadership with a global vision

Suld United LLC is a Mongolian automotive aftermarket company committed to introducing international standards, digitalisation, and structured cooperation into the Mongolian market. As NEXUS Automotive International’s official partner in the country, Suld United has focused not merely on deploying NEXUSAUTO, but on developing it in a way that reflects local market realities.

Suld United’s strategy is based on treating workshops as strategic partners rather than transactional customers - integrating parts, services, finance, data and customer access into a single ecosystem, and building sustainable business foundations for workshops. This approach aligns closely with NEXUS ’ philosophy of network-driven growth.

Developing NEXUSAUTO in Mongolia: From concept to execution

NEXUSAUTO in Mongolia is not just a brand, but is fast becoming a future-oriented service ecosystem.

The NEXUSAUTO concept in Mongolia has been deployed gradually through a flexible and adaptive network model rather than a rigid franchise structure. Today, the NEXUSAUTO ecosystem brings together dozens of professional workshops through collaboration, shared practices, and longterm development initiatives.

The result is a growing, aligned workshop network. Training, knowledge-sharing and joint marketing activities have been introduced, and best-practices that meet local market conditions have been fully localised.

AutoSync: The digital backbone of NEXUSAUTO

A key NEXUSAUTO differentiator in Mongolia is AutoSync, a digital platform developed by Auto System Hub, Suld United’s technology subsidiary.

AutoSync serves as the digital backbone of the NEXUSAUTO ecosystem, allowing workshops to manage operations, service flows and customer relationships more efficiently. It’s making data-driven decision making

possible, and preparing the ground to scale engagement with fleet and corporate clients.

Strategic partnerships enabling a full ecosystem UBCAB – Mongolia’s Uber

One of the most impactful partnerships for the NEXUSAUTO ecosystem is with UBCAB, widely recognized as Mongolia’s Uber. With a large national driver base and strong daily mobility demand, UBCAB connects real-world service needs directly to the automotive service network.

This collaboration gives drivers structured access to professional networks, creates stable and predictable service demand for workshops, and integrates digital mobility with physical automotive services. M Bank – Mongolia’s first digital bank

Another cornerstone partnership is with M Bank, Mongolia’s first fully digital bank. This partnership addresses one of the most critical barriers in the automotive service sector: access to financial solutions.

Joint initiatives include flexible payment options and BNPL solutions for customers, financial support tools designed for workshops, and a new service-finance integration model within the aftermarket. The partnership reinforces NEXUSAUTO as a

comprehensive ecosystem, not limited to technical service alone.

MASPA: Building the industry together

Beyond commercial operations, Suld United is also the founder and driving force behind MASPA – the Mongolian Auto Service Providers Association.

Established to unite automotive service professionals under a common platform, MASPA promotes training standards and best practices, while representing the industry’s interests in Mongolia.

Through MASPA, Suld United contributes to the long-term institutional development of Mongolia’s automotive service sector, closely reflecting NEXUS’ community-oriented values.

Mongolia’s first Auto Aftermarket Expo

In 2025, Suld United organised Mongolia’s first Auto Aftermarket Expo, a major milestone for the country’s industry. The Expo brought together workshops, aftermarket brands, equipment suppliers, lubricant manufacturers, technology companies, and financial institutions. It strengthened collaboration across the value chain, increased the international visibility of the Mongolian market, and created a physical platform to represent the NEXUSAUTO ecosystem.

Looking ahead: Expanding into mining and transportation Suld United and the NEXUSAUTO are now concentrating on deepening quality-based network development. They are also working to establish AutoSync as a core digital standard for the service sector. In addition, they plan to expand automotive service solutions for mining, transportation, and logistics companies, where fleet reliability is mission-critical.

Finally, they aim to contribute Mongolia’s real-market experience as a valuable case within the global NEXUS community. Together, these priorities position NEXUSAUTO not merely as a workshop network but as a strategic partner that supports business continuity across key industries. 

EIGHT YEARS OF GROWTH, INNOVATION AND COMPREHENSIVE SUPPORT FOR INDEPENDENT WORKSHOPS IN POLAND

The year 2026 marks the eighth anniversary of NEXUSAUTO’s operations in Poland. During this time the network has grown steadily, now exceeding 350 signed cooperation agreements nationwide, including more than 120 workshops co-branded with TotalEnergies.

This success is driven by close cooperation with a strong portfolio of leading automotive aftermarket partners, including Bosal, Corteco, DAYCO, Denso, DR!VE+, Elring, FEBI, Hengst, KYB, MAHLE, MANN+HUMMEL, Nissens, NRF, NTN, OSRAM, Schaeffler, TotalEnergies, Valeo, ZF Aftermarket, and others.

Value-added services

The past year we have not only expanded the workshop network, but also broadened our value-added services. A key role in this ecosystem is NEXUSPlatform, a loyalty-based financing solution that converts workshop purchases from authorized distributors into reward points. These points can be redeemed for hundreds of practical items, including professional tools, workwear, workshop management software and advanced diagnostic systems.

Technical support

For many years, workshops have benefited from a dedicated technical support hotline operated by certified automotive specialists. After joining the network and activating their NEXUSPlatform accounts, workshops manage access settings themselves and can contact experts whenever support is required. Under tripartite agreements with selected wholesalers, mechanics receive a package of free calls, while additional consultations can be settled using loyalty points. These specialists also organise extensive technical training programs, both at specialised training centres and on-site across Poland, with updated schedules distributed monthly.

Legal and accounting assistance

From the outset, NEXUSAUTO has offered professional legal and accounting support.

In 2026 demand for these services grew significantly, reflecting growing awareness among workshop owners of the importance of protecting their rights, especially in disputes with unfair customers or institutions. Experienced legal advisers, who regularly attend monthly NEXUSAUTO meetings, continue to provide this essential support.

Insurance solutions

Recognising the importance of financial security, NEXUSAUTO works with specialised insurance brokers to offer tailor-made insurance solutions for workshops. These policies can also be financed using NEXUSPlatform loyalty points.

Digital innovations

In 2025, NEXUSAUTO became the first workshop network in Poland to introduce PilotGo, an AI-powered virtual assistant that manages customer interactions, including phone calls, notes, service orders, quotations and more. PilotGo is expected to transform communication between workshops and vehicle owners, significantly improving efficiency and service quality.

Payment technology

Another advanced technological solution is the deployment of modern payment terminals provided by Polskie ePłatności. Beyond standard payment processing, these terminals

integrate workshop loyalty programs and offer deferred payment services, enhancing customer convenience and financial flexibility. Fleet and insurance claims support

When servicing private and fleet customers, as well as handling insurance claims, NEXUSAUTO cooperates closely with Carsfleet, whose experts deliver professional operational support.

Expert services

Our portfolio now includes comprehensive expert support, covering technical opinions, complaint assessments, and preparation of documentation for courts, consumer protection authorities and regulatory bodies. We also assist customers with identifying hidden vehicle defects, evaluating complex technical issues, documenting repair quality and preparing expert reports for vehicle modifications.

Marketing support

In addition to comprehensive technical and legal assistance, NEXUSAUTO delivers a fully integrated marketing support program tailored to the needs of independent workshops.

This includes strategic social media communication on Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram, continuous optimisation of Google Business profiles, targeted paid advertising campaigns, and the production of high-quality photo and video content.

The program also covers professional marketing consulting and the development of

complete communication strategies that help workshops strengthen their local presence, attract new customers and build long-term brand recognition — all conveniently financed through NEXUSPlatform.

These initiatives are just a part of the comprehensive support program for independent workshops within the NEXUSAUTO network.

Dedicated communications channels

Members stay informed thanks to the annual NEXUSAUTO Conference, monthly online meetings, NEXUSPlatform updates, email and SMS communication, a dedicated WhatsApp group, social media channels and a YouTube platform.

Supporting the next generation of automotive professionals

NEXUSAUTO is also highly active in organising free vehicle inspection campaigns during local events and automotive fairs. Through the NEXUSAcademy Junior project, we promote the automotive profession in schools, actively tackling the sector’s biggest challenge — the growing shortage of skilled technicians.

Industry collaboration

We also regularly meet with distributors, provide training for their sales teams, and participate in ongoing initiatives and the annual congress of SDCM — the Polish Association of Automotive Parts Distributors, which operates within the CLEPA and FIGIEFA structures. Many of these activities are reported in leading industry media. 

This decade of constant growth reflects the success of a model built on collaboration, technical support and workshop professionalisation, always with a clear goal: to deliver excellent service to today’s drivers.

From the very beginning, NEXUSAUTO has worked with a clear vision: to be a premium network capable of providing workshops with everything they need to compete at the highest level.

IBERIA

Today, NEXUSAUTO is not only a strong national network in Spain, but also part of an international structure, which strengthens its positioning, its brand image and its ability to adapt to the market’s demands. From 50 to more than 300 in five years

The network in Spain and Portugal has evolved rapidly in recent years. In 2021, the network had 50 workshops, growing to 85 in 2022 and making a major leap in 2023 to reach 200. This trend continued in the following years: 279 workshops in 2024, 294 in 2025 and, currently, more than 310 workshops in 2026.

This growth is the direct result of the commitment of the partners, the trust that workshops place in the NEXUSAUTO model, and the constant work carried out by the central team.

A premium network servicing all workshop needs

One of NEXUSAUTO’s key differentiators is that it is not limited to being a brand: it is a true network that provides a complete package of tools and services that respond to the real needs of a modern workshop.

The package includes:

• Next Go, the all-in-one management program that improves workshop operations and professionalizes day-to-day administration.

NEXUSAUTO also stands out for its modern, up-to-date image, aligned with the expectations of today’s customers. This identity, together with the level of service and support provided, has led to strong acceptance in Spain and Portugal, making the network an increasingly attractive option for workshops looking to grow with confidence.

With more than 300 active workshops, a premium approach and a solid model, NEXUSAUTO looks to the future with a strong foundation: well-equipped workshops, highly trained technicians and a structure ready to continue growing over the next 10 years. 

RESILIENCE AND GROWTH IN THE UKRAINE

The Ukrainian automotive market is navigating unprecedented challenges. The war continues to disrupt every aspect of business in the country, with mobilization, security risks, and economic uncertainty complicating all daily operations.

One of the biggest challenges is the lack of workforce. Ukraine currently has a shortfall of around 4.5 million workers. The population has fallen to between 28–30 million people from 43 million at the start of the war, and it continues to decline. Consequently, many service stations and automotive companies struggle to recruit qualified staff.

In 2025, the automotive aftermarket contracted by 7-10%, and market trends remain under pressure. But despite these difficulties, the sector’s underlying potential remains strong.

The total annual market capacity is estimated at $5Bn. Ukraine has approximately

8.1 million vehicles in operation. With an average vehicle age of between 16 and 24 years, demand for maintenance and repair services remains constant and substantial. At the same time, the market is changing. Electric vehicles now represent about 30% of all new registrations. There are approximately 200,000 EVs in operation, equal to 2.5% of the total fleet, and this number is growing. Chinese brands are also expanding quickly. They account for 27% of new registrations, with 233,000 vehicles on the road (2.9% of the fleet).

Despite the difficult situation, the NEXUSAUTO & TRUCK network in Ukraine continues to grow.

By the end of 2025, the NEXUSAUTO network reached 120 garages and retail outlets. In 2026, the NEXUS Ukraine team added two new locations: a store in Ternopil and one service station in Nizhyn. Most of our network is located in western and central Ukraine.

NEXUS Ukraine plans to open at least 20 new NEXUSAUTO locations by the end of 2026. Our long-term goal is to reach 230

points by 2029. The NEXUS Truck network currently includes 23 locations.

NEXUSAUTO’s success in Ukraine is bolstered by a robust loyalty program. Since 2023, NEXUSAUTO has distributed 1,265 units of branded workwear to our partners and paid EUR 34,000 in bonuses for hitting sales targets. In 2025, sponsor brands achieved 22% sales growth compared with 2024, despite the market decline.

The NEXUSAUTO & TRUCK Forum 2025 was an important moment for the network. The online event allowed us to return to our training format and reconnect with partners. All network achievements would be impossible without the support of our partners including TotalEnergies, MANN+HUMMEL, Febi Bilstein, UFI, Purflux, NRF, Corteco, Dayco, Delphi and others.

Ukraine’s automotive sector is navigating one of the most challenging periods in its history. Nevertheless, the NEXUSAUTO & TRUCK network continues to expand — cautiously but confidently — driven by strong partnerships, long-term vision, and belief in the country’s eventual recovery. 

DIAGNOSIS: FROM REPLACING PARTS TO SOLVING ROOT CAUSES

The fault code doesn’t always tell the full story. That’s a reality many workshops have to deal with today. And with the increasing complexity of exhaust and emission systems, this challenge is only growing.

The solution is proper diagnosis. Successful repairs now depend less on replacing individual components, but more on understanding how the entire system behaves, and which symptoms point to the true root cause.

The numbers tell a clear story

We’ve seen it countless times: a fault code points to a DPF or a NOx sensor, the component is replaced, the vehicle leaves — and returns weeks later with the same issue. In many cases, the failed component wasn’t the real problem, but simply the first part to fail.

Market data shows that 89% of DPF failures are caused by upstream issues. Roughly 95% of NOx sensor failures are linked to engine, exhaust, or EGR problems, or incorrect installation. About 50% of SCR and DEF failures can be traced back to neglected maintenance.

Emission systems don’t fail in isolation

DOCs, DPFs, SCR systems and sensors operate as a tightly connected system. When something goes wrong upstream — poor combustion, turbo or EGR issues, oil or coolant contamination, or unsuitable

duty cycles — the aftertreatment system absorbs the impact. Sensors become contaminated, regeneration patterns change, and components fail under thermal or chemical stress.

Supporting

better diagnosis in a changing workshop

As emission systems become more complex, workshops need more than parts — they need understanding. That’s why Dinex focuses on transferring OEM-level insights to the aftermarket, helping mechanics move from symptom-based repairs to confident diagnosis.

Together with our distributors, Dinex supports workshops through on-site technical training, online sessions, and practical explainers and videos. Installation guides with dedicated troubleshooting sections help technicians avoid common pitfalls during repairs.

To support learning beyond the workshop floor, Dinex is preparing the launch of a Training Library within the Partner Portal, offering accessible material for all users and more in-depth content for registered partners — making knowledge available when it’s needed most. 

Market data indicates that only 5% of NOX-sensor related failures, have a root cause which is related to the actual sensor. The remaining 95% are related to other circumstances, typically involving installation or maintenance of the system overall, and engine components.

Dinex has the most extensive offering of technical training opportunities in Exhaust and Emission technologies for Heavy-Duty vehicles, ranging from online resources available 24/7, to customized training sessions on-site or on-line.

MARKET LAUNCH FOR REMOTEPRO AIR BY MAHLE

The new RemotePRO Air diagnostics feature for the TechPRO® 2 diagnostic tool from MAHLE is now available in Europe. It is the first solution on the market that allows independent workshops to access the data interfaces of modern, interconnected vehicles. Workshops can take full advantage of remote diagnostics options thanks to the data transfer that was previously reserved for OEM workshops only.

The solution does not require any additional equipment, and the vehicle does not need to be in the same place as the technician for diagnosis. Workshops can improve customer communication, reduce repair times, plan schedules and resources more efficiently, and tap into new business segments. RemotePRO Air is already available for a wide range of vehicles, with more being added continuously.

The RemotePRO Air function is integrated into all active TechPRO® 2 licenses and now includes remote diagnostics for vehicles with interconnected vehicle technology from BMW, Mini, Mercedes-Benz and Smart.

"This is nothing less than a 'game changer' for the independent aftermarket. Finally, independent workshops are on an equal footing with OEM workshops. By offering its remote diagnostics, MAHLE is once again a pioneer in the industry," said Philipp Grosse Kleimann, Member of the MAHLE Management Committee and Head of MAHLE Lifecycle and Mobility. "With the

new Over-the-Air function, our customers can improve their economic efficiency through intelligent planning and optimised processes. This creates added value for the entire value chain – from the workshop to the fleet through to the individual vehicle owners."

Maximum flexibility

With the "MAHLE Coins" payment system, workshops have maximum flexibility, as diagnostics are only charged once they are successfully implemented. MAHLE is continuously expanding the solution to include other vehicle manufacturers, and is working on integrating connectivity options such as clearing the fault memory, real-time data transmission from the vehicle to the workshop and comprehensive information on maintenance and servicing in the future.

The workshop initiates a data query via the TechPRO® 2 diagnostic tool, which the vehicle owner must explicitly approve before the workshop can access cloud-

based manufacturer data. After giving this approval, the workshop has access to precise information on the vehicle status, available updates and customized maintenance schedules. RemotePRO Air creates a detailed diagnostic report that enables workshops to provide in-depth customer support – from preventive maintenance and rapid remote diagnostics for acute problems, to continuous monitoring services after repairs.

"With RemotePRO Air, we are responding to the fundamental changes in workshops through digitalisation and networking. We are convinced remote diagnostics will become an important component of future repair and service work," said Felix-Matthias Walter, Director Global Service Solutions at MAHLE Lifecycle and Mobility. "Thanks to our collaboration with the German technology start-up DC Connected, we can offer an innovative solution that is accessible to all participants in the independent spare parts market."

Workshops that look after vehicle fleets, as well as fleet operators, stand to benefit from the addition of RemotePRO Air to the TechPRO® 2 diagnostic tool. The tool always gives them an overview of the state of their vehicles, allows them to plan their maintenance efficiently, reduces unplanned downtime and thus ensures greater operational efficiency. 

Your Shortcut to Smarter Fixes

As a full-service provider, MAHLE supplies workshops with the spare parts of the highest quality for all drive types as well as workshop equipment and diagnostics. With the second generation of MAHLE TechPRO®, MAHLE Lifecycle and Mobility offers a workshop diagnostic tool that is ideally suited to the requirements of a workshop thanks to its rapid data retrieval and strong transmission performance.

MYSNR CERTIFIEDGARAGE

A certification program designed as a performance driver for the aftermarket

The automotive repair profession is experiencing a profound transformation: value creation can no longer rely solely on the quality of parts, while workshop digitalisation, increasing vehicle technical complexity and economic pressure all call for new, more comprehensive and structured solutions.

It is within this framework that NTN Europe has officially launched MySNR CertifiedGarage in France: a certification programme designed to support workshop performance, while fully respecting the balance of the aftermarket value chain.

An open model, complementary to existing networks

Accessible to all workshops, whether they are independent or affiliated, MySNR CertifiedGarage is deliberately non-exclusive, and fully complementary to existing workshop networks and distribution platforms.

Distributors and platforms retain their central role in the commercialisation of SNR products, under unchanged commercial conditions. Services are delivered directly by NTN Europe to certified workshops, while product flows and customer typologies remain unchanged, ensuring a balanced and sustainable model.

The certification process is intentionally straightforward: an online questionnaire followed by the submission of visual supporting documents. Once validated by NTN Europe teams, certification is granted for a two-year period, including a 30-day free trial and a personalised starter pack.

Seven core services at the heart of the program

Designed around real workshop needs, the programme has a clear objective: to help workshops gain time, reliability and profitability.

MySNR CertifiedGarage brings together a coherent set of seven services covering the entire workshop journey, from parts identification to technical assistance, including training, tooling and warranty. Several services are multi-product and multi-brand, enabling seamless integration into daily workshop practices. The aim is not to impose constraints, but to simplify the repairer’s day-to-day operations and strengthen operational autonomy.

The programme’s seven complementary services include:

• MySNR Manager, a parts identification and technical information software connected to TecDoc and TecRMI databases

• MySNR LiveAssist, a multi-brand technical hotline enhanced with real-time video assistance

• MySNR Club, a digital loyalty programme

• MySNR WarrantyPlus, offering extended warranty coverage of up to seven years

• MySNR TechCenter, dedicated to skills development through e-learning, webinars and training sessions

• MySNR Tools , a range of dedicated tools developed in partnership with CLAS

• MySNR Accessories, a targeted offer of consumables and kits tailored to SNR products.

Modular and scalable, the program is available in three packages – Light, Basic and Pro – to match the needs and activity level of each workshop.

A win-win tripartite approach

With MySNR CertifiedGarage, NTN Europe affirms a strong partnership-driven vision. Workshops enhance the quality and durability of their repairs, distributors benefit from a powerful lever for customer loyalty and sales development, and the manufacturer strengthens brand visibility at the heart of workshops.

“The program aims to turn repairers into true brand advocates for SNR, while delivering tangible added value to the entire profession,” said Amélie Paviet, Marketing Director EMEA Automotive Aftermarket at NTN Europe.

Initially launched in France, MySNR CertifiedGarage is set to be progressively rolled out across other European countries and enriched with additional services. The programme confirms NTN Europe’s ambition to position itself as a global partner in workshop performance – well beyond the product itself. 

With MySNR CertifiedGarage: one pro is worth seven

MySNR CertifiedGarage is a new program dedicated to independent repair shops, designed to simplify daily workshop operations through an innovative concept: a single access point to 7 essential services , delivered via one simple and intuitive interface.

By centralising services, the program allows repair professionals to focus on what truly matters: vehicle repair Interventions are faster and better controlled, directly benefiting end customers , whose vehicles are returned to the road more quickly. This recognised label immediately enhances the garage’s expertise and integrates it into an exclusive network, with no exclusivity constraints and no loss of independence. DRIVING SUSTAINABLE GROWTH IN THE EV AFTERMARKET THE SKF WAY

As electric mobility gains serious traction, a gap in the aftermarket is becoming more difficult to ignore: most vehicle manufacturers still treat electric drive units as non-serviceable.

When something fails, the standard solution is a full replacement rather than a repair. For drivers, that means high repair costs. For the planet, it means unnecessary waste. And for independent workshops, it means being left out of one of the fastest-growing segments of the automotive industry. At SKF, together with our partners, we’re changing that.

Making E-Drive systems truly repairable

Repairability is the foundation of a sustainable and competitive aftermarket. Together with our technical partners, we are developing OEM-quality repair methods, precision components, advanced diagnostic support, and complete service kits that allow independent garages, not just OE workshops, to repair electric drive units safely and professionally.

A win for workshops, drivers, and the environment

Workshops have lower costs and more commercial opportunities. By replacing only failed components - often seals, bearings, or other serviceable parts -

workshops can offer customers a more affordable alternative to complete system replacement. This opens a new, fast-growing business segment for the aftermarket and strengthens workshop independence. This has a massive environmental impact. Every repaired e-drive unit avoids the production and transport of an entirely new assembly. That means a much smaller CO 2 footprint, reduced consumption of raw materials, and dramatically reduced industrial waste

Repairing instead of replacing is not just smart economics, it's one of the most powerful levers the industry has for true sustainable mobility.

To make EV repairs accessible and reliable, we focus on:

● High-quality bearings, seals, and repair kits

● Technical data and digital manuals

● Training and certification programs

● Specialised EV tools and equipment

● Diagnostic and remote-support services

With these solutions, independent garages can perform high-value EV repairs with confidence, increase profitability, and position themselves as the go-to experts for electric vehicles.

With repair-centered solutions from SKF and our technical partners, the aftermarket is not just keeping up with electrification, it’s leading the transformation. 

Greater safety in the event of breakdowns:

ams OSRAM supports Spain’s transition to connected V16 lights

• Spain is focusing on connected road safety. Instead of warning triangles, drivers will only be allowed to use certified and connected V16 warning lights from the beginning of 2026.

• Solutions such as the OSRAM LEDguardian ROAD FLARE Signal V16 IoT can be attached directly to the vehicle, thereby increasing safety at the scene of an accident. Mandatory connectivity enables automatic location transmission for faster assistance.

• Accidents and breakdowns also pose a risk in this country. On German roads, the LEDguardian ROAD FLARE Signal TA20 can provide additional safety in combination with a warning triangle.

Anyone who has a breakdown or accident on a highway or motorway in Spain is required to use a certified V16 warning light such as the LEDguardian ROAD FLARE Signal V16 IoT from OSRAM Automotive. With this regulation, the Spanish traffic authority (DGT) aims to increase safety at accident sites and enable faster assistance. Via a mandatory communication module, the lights are directly connected to the Spanish traffic authority (DGT) and can automatically transmit their location if necessary. In Germany, V16 lights are not yet approved.

Connected safety with the LEDguardian ROAD FLARE Signal V16 IoT

The LEDguardian ROAD FLARE Signal V16 IoT from OSRAM alerts road users to a breakdown or accident safely and reliably. Thanks to its 360º light emission and a range of up to 1,000 meters, the light, which is approved in Spain, illuminates the danger zone generously. Since the light can be attached magnetically to the car roof, those affected do not have to leave the car and put themselves in danger, as is the case with conventional warning triangles. A simple, energy-saving IoT communication module automatically sends an emergency signal to the central DGT platform every 100 seconds after the lamp is switched on. From there, emergency services can be called more quickly and in a more targeted manner, and traffic warnings can be disseminated in real time.

Approved lighting solutions also available in Germany

A look at Germany shows that breakdowns and accidents also pose a significant safety risk here. According to a study by VUFO GmbH, there are more than 300 accidents with personal injury each year in this country as a result of a previous accident or breakdown at the roadside. Statistics show that such accidents are particularly frequent on expressways and at dusk or at night. The figures make it clear that this aspect of road safety also requires modern solutions.

Unlike Spain, Germany does not currently allow the use of V16 lights. Nevertheless, drivers in this country have options for increasing their safety with the latest lighting technology. For example, the LEDguardian ROAD FLARE Signal TA20 is approved, which, in combination with a warning triangle, can significantly increase visibility at the roadside and thus alert other road users to the danger zone.

New drive, new brakes: Why the aftermarket needs to rethink friction

Electric vehicles don’t announce themselves. They roll into the workshop quietly, almost politely – and then start asking uncomfortable questions. About corrosion. About noise. About brake pads that hardly get used and still have to perform perfectly. For workshops, this new reality means one thing above all: business as usual no longer applies, especially when it comes to braking systems.

That’s exactly where ATE New Original comes into play. The new product line was developed to address the specific demands of new brake generations – particularly in battery electric vehicles. Instead of simply adapting existing components, ATE took a closer look at how braking really works in everyday EV use. Less mechanical braking due to recuperation, longer standstill periods, higher expectations in terms of comfort and lower emissions: all of this changes the rules of the game.

ATE New Original focuses on perfectly matched friction pairs of brake discs and pads. Designed as a system rather than individual parts, they are tailored to typical EV operating conditions. The result is improved durability, consistent braking performance and reduced noise – even when brakes are used less frequently. At the same time, the components are engineered with sustainability in mind. Copper-free brake pads already meet the requirements of the US Better Brake Law and are prepared for upcoming regulations such as Euro 7, which will put a stronger focus on particulate emissions from braking systems.

For workshops, this means fewer compromises and more confidence when servicing electric vehicles. The ATE New Original range already covers many popular BEV models, including vehicles from Volkswagen, Tesla, Polestar, Cupra and others, and will continue to expand in line with market

ATE New Original: Brake components developed to meet the requirements of new vehicle generations

development. That makes it easier for workshops to stay prepared as the EV parc grows.

The product family also includes ATE SecuBrake, a DOT 4 brake fluid that takes a slightly different approach to sustainability and safety. Free from borates, it requires no hazardous substance labelling, making storage and handling in the workshop simpler and safer. At the same time, it exceeds the technical requirements of conventional DOT 4 fluids and is suitable for electric vehicles. Produced in Germany using a certified process with renewable raw materials, SecuBrake significantly improves the CO 2 footprint compared to standard brake fluids.

ATE New Original doesn’t try to reinvent the workshop – but it does acknowledge that the vehicles rolling in today are not the same as ten years ago. With solutions that combine OEM expertise, regulatory readiness and practical benefits, the product line helps workshops stay one step ahead, even when the cars arrive almost silently.

140 NEW ARTICLES ADDED TO

When you’re looking at new vehicle models, new drive systems and new repair jobs in the workshop, it’s great to be able to rely on a range of replacement parts that can handle any challenge. Which is precisely why Continental has now added around 140 articles to its suspension and steering portfolio, including 86 brand new components such as track rod ends, inner tie rods and steering boots, and 27 additional hydraulic bushings. These cover a wide spectrum of vehicles –from European manufacturers to Asian brands – encompassing hybrid, plug-in hybrid and electric models, such as the Peugeot E-208, Opel Corsa-e and BMW iX3.

HYDRAULIC BUSHINGS: COMPACT, PRECISE, HIGHPERFORMANCE ITEMS

The new hydraulic bushings are a real highlight. They feature an internal fluid channel instead of conventional damping elements. As the vehicle moves, the fluid flows through the channel, dampening motion and absorbing vibrations. Manufactured to Continental’s customary high standards, the robust hydraulic bushings smooth out bumps in the road while precisely adapting the mount’s dynamic properties to the surface at hand.

The product range is geared to market requirements. As a result, it covers many of the Volkswagen Group’s leading models with components such as the front axle bushings for the Audi A4 Allroad. At the same time, it also caters to vehicles from BMW and exotic models like the Lamborghini Urus 4.0. This means that mechanics now have even more precisionmatched components at their disposal for carrying out more efficient repairs on both modern and classic cars.

AUTOMATICALLY BACK UP VEHICLE DATA WITH DS-CLOUD

Workshop operations carry high stakes and higher liability. Losing records, vehicle histories, and servicing data puts your business at risk. DS-CLOUD protects your workshop with automatic cloud backups of every scan you run. These records are safe and available from the minute you connect your diagnostic tool. View the history of every vehicle that’s been scanned in your workshop, so you can respond to clients with confidence and deliver a better service than ever before.

HOW DOES DS-CLOUD WORK?

DS-CLOUD is Delphi’s cloud backup system for DS Car and DS Heavy Duty software. It was developed in-house for secure storage and real-time synchronisation and integrates with DS-HUB. It stores every diagnostic session you run, and enables team members to access data anywhere, anytime.

DS-HUB is the access point to Delphi’s connected ecosystem of products and services. It serves as the new home page for DS users, providing a single, userfriendly platform to access diagnostic software, tools, and valuable information without having to navigate through multiple systems. By integrating DS-HUB with DS-CLOUD, technicians can seamlessly manage devices, registrations, and data in one central location - making workshop operations more connected and efficient.

Registration is simple. Sign in through DS-HUB using a Delphi diagnostics tool. Once the device is registered, each scan uploads automatically to the cloud. There are no extra steps.

DS-CLOUD manages large data volumes over multiple devices and maintains consistent records between bays. That gives technicians who handle complex, highvalue trucks one reliable, efficient place to store and retrieve diagnostic histories.

HOW DS-CLOUD BENEFITS YOUR WORKSHOP

With DS-CLOUD, every scan backs up automatically. That gives you a 360-degree digital record of the work you’ve done and the faults you’ve identified. If a customer returns claiming a new warning light appeared after a job, you can show the stored fault code from the original scan. That protects your technicians and your reputation.

What’s more, because DS-CLOUD captures data automatically, you don’t have to repeat scans or search for missing reports. As long as the device connects to the internet, each job appears in your cloud record, making operations more efficient. You can review the diagnostic history for any vehicle from any device linked to the DS-CLOUD account.

It also prevents data loss resulting from device failure or license expiry. Even if your tool stops working, your data is safe. You don’t need to rebuild histories or start over. For trucks with multi-system repairs and long cycles, that level of traceability saves time and prevents disputes.

HOW TO START USING DS-CLOUD

DS-CLOUD was made for the high-volume, high-liability work you and your team do.

To get started, open DS-HUB and register your diagnostic device. DS-CLOUD activates automatically and begins backing up sessions in real time.

If you don’t already have DS-HUB, download it for free from delphiautoparts.com.

THE WORKSHOP IN MOTION: HOW DRIV BRANDS SUPPORT A TRANSFORMING AFTERMARKET

Today’s workshop is no longer static. It is evolving continuously — adapting to new technologies, tighter repair windows, increasing vehicle complexity and rising customer expectations. In this dynamic aftermarket environment, workshops need more than parts. They need confidence, clarity and connected support.

This is where the DRiV portfolio plays a defining role.

From Products to Practical Solutions

Across its portfolio of trusted brands — including Ferodo®, Monroe®, Champion®, MOOG ®, Walker® and others — DRiV supports workshops with OE-quality components designed for real-world repairs. Whether the job involves braking, suspension, steering, engine management, thermal systems or emissions control, DRiV brands are engineered to help technicians complete repairs right the first time , minimizing comebacks and protecting workshop productivity.

But as vehicles evolve, product quality alone is no longer enough.

Connecting the Physical and the Digital

One of the most visible examples of how DRiV supports the workshop in motion is the QR code now featured on product packaging across DRiV brands. With a simple scan, technicians gain instant access to relevant digital content — transforming the box in their hands into a gateway for technical support.

Through this QR experience, workshops can access:

• Product-specific technical information

• Installation guidance and best practices

• Free technical drawings , including exploded views and torque values, to support accurate and efficient installation

This system, illustrated in the technical drawing guide available on DRiV brand packaging, allows technicians to move seamlessly from diagnosis to installation — without leaving the workshop or searching across multiple platforms.

Reducing Complexity, Saving Time

In a fast-moving workshop environment, time is critical. The ability to instantly confirm fitment details, understand component orientation or verify tightening specifications helps technicians:

• Reduce installation errors

• Improve repair accuracy

• Increase bay efficiency

• Build confidence when working on increasingly complex vehicles

By embedding technical intelligence directly into the product experience, DRiV helps workshops stay agile and responsive — even as vehicle systems become more advanced.

Supporting Skills, Not Just Repairs

Beyond the product and packaging, DRiV extends its support through Garage Gurus, providing training, diagnostics insight and on-demand technical knowledge. This combination of parts, data and education ensures workshops are not only equipped for today’s repairs, but prepared for what comes next.

A Partner for a Moving Aftermarket

The aftermarket is in motion — and so is the workshop. Through its brands, digital tools and technical ecosystems, DRiV supports this transformation by helping workshops work smarter, faster and with greater confidence.

In a changing automotive landscape, the most successful workshops will be those supported by partners who understand both where the aftermarket is today and where it is going tomorrow.

DRiV is proud to be one of those partners.

The repair shop on the move...

The thermal management expert is back

Thermal management is essential for the future of mobility, especially for battery electric vehicles (BEVs). Modern vehicles require sophisticated temperature control to ensure efficiency, safety, and comfort. With 20 years of experience, dating back to 1999, HELLA is now continuously expanding its expertise in the IAM, following last year’s relaunch.

Today, the portfolio includes around 2,500 products, featuring key components such as compressors, condensers, interior blowers, radiator fans, radiators, and intercoolers. By 2027, it will grow to over 6,000 items, including a particularly broad range for BEVs.

Why thermal management is so crucial in BEVs

Keeping components at the right temperature is vital in BEVs because the battery needs a precise operating range, the electric motor depends on stable conditions, and fast charging generates considerable heat, while heating and cooling must remain efficient to preserve driving range.

From OE to Aftermarket:

BEV technologies for modern workshops

HELLA is progressively transferring innovative original equipment technologies into the IAM. These include:

• Coolant Control Hub (CCH)

The central coolant management module for BEVs

• Electronic Valve Actuator (eVA)

Enables precise, intelligent coolant flow control

• Medium Pump (MPX)

Highly efficient electric pumps for variable thermal loads

These systems form essential building blocks of modern BEV thermal concepts and significantly improve vehicle efficiency, safety and longevity.

HELLA offers far more than spare parts “At HELLA, we know that our success is intertwined with the success of our strategic partners – wholesalers and workshops alike,” says Dr. Marcel Wiedmann, Head of Independent Aftermarket at HELLA. “That’s why we offer not only products but real added value.” HELLA leverages synergies to combine its IAM product range with electronic components such as coolant thermostats, air quality sensors, and temperature switches. “We provide everything from a single source, giving us a clear edge over the competition.”

The product portfolio is complemented by extensive technical support, including access to the expert hotline and the HELLA Tech World. Additionally, the connection to HELLA Gutmann’s diagnostic and remote tools creates a perfect match for workshops worldwide

Data that moves

With WESP CV, the Dutch data pioneer WESP and Knorr-Bremse are now jointly bringing their expertise to the commercial vehicle aftermarket - for more transparency, efficiency and entrepreneurial opportunities in workshops.

If data could talk, it would tell workshop managers where potential still lies dormant.

This is exactly what WESP CV makes possible - the new joint venture between Knorr-Bremse TruckServices and the Dutch data analysis specialist WESP. „We discovered the WESP system at a trade fair two years ago and were immediately convinced,“ recalls Korbinian Kutzner, Managing Director of the young company. „It was a great product, already established in the passenger car sector and extremely successful. It quickly became clear that it also had enormous potential for commercial vehicle workshops.“ The idea: WESP contributes over 13 years of experience in the processing, data cleansing and standardization of workshop data, while Knorr-Bremse TruckServices adds its in-depth industry knowledge and market access. Together, they are creating a platform that is set to revolutionize the aftermarket based on data. „Our pilot phase has shown that there is a huge demand for transparency and therefore we experienced a significant interest in the rollout for the commercial vehicle industry,“ says Kutzner.

At the core of the offering is an intelligent benchmarking system. Workshops gain a clear and transparent overview of their own performance and can compare it with an anonymized peer group of similar businesses. „Many entrepreneurs make decisions based on gut feelings,“ says Kutzner. „For the first time, we are giving them the opportunity to support their intuition with solid facts - in direct comparison with the market.“ This makes it possible to quickly identify efficiency potential, sales opportunities and operational weaknesses - without the need for expensive external analyses.

The technical implementation is remarkably simple: WESP CV is system-independent and already able to exchange data with more than 60 different workshop management systems. „Onboarding only takes a few minutes. After that, data transfer and analyses run automatically - the workshop doesn’t have to worry about a thing,“ explains Kutzner.

Data protection is a top priority. With decades of experience in handling sensitive information securely, WESP ensures that all data is anonymized, aggregated, non-traceable, and used exclusively for benchmarking purposes - fully compliant with GDPR requirements.

What truly sets WESP CV apart is not just the technology, but the level of support behind it. Workshops are not left alone with the many analysis options. Data experts help to understand correlations, identifying root causes and deriving concrete action steps from them. „We also help companies saving their most valuable asset - time,“ emphasizes Kutzner.

„Our specialists analyze the data in advance, highlight potential improvements, and discuss the insights directly with the workshop manager.“

Following a successful pilot phase, the rollout is already underway. The first workshops in several European countries are now using the system - and are already experiencing significant added value.

„We are receiving consistently positive feedback. Workshops value being able to see their own development while understanding what it means in the context of the wider market,“ says Kutzner. The further development of the tool remains an ongoing process: „We listen closely to what our partners need and continuously integrate new functions and key performance indicators.“

WESP CV will play a central role within the Knorr-Bremse ecosystem. The platform strengthens the connection to the workshops, provides valuable feedback and helps to improve services and products in an even more targeted manner.

„We are creating real win-win effects for our partners and for the entire aftermarket,“ says Kutzner. The challenges in the commercial vehicle industry are significant: a shortage of skilled labor, rising operating costs, new requirements driven by electromobility and sustainability. This is precisely where WESP CV provides support - by digitalizing and connecting processes, and enabling data-driven decision making.

„Ultimately, the aim is to give workshops the tools they need to remain economically strong now and in the future,“ summarizes Kutzner.

And what drives him personally? „I studied mechanical engineering, worked in workshops myself and understand the realities of day-to-day operations. That’s why it’s important to me that our solution not only shines technically, but also offers real benefits - easy to use, practical and with tangible added value.“

With WESP CV, says Kutzner, every workshop should have the feeling: We are one step ahead.

WESP CV brings transparency and efficiency to the aftermarket - to the benefit of all.

When fitting a new NRF turbocharger, mechanics simply scan the QR code on the packaging to access clear, step-by-step installation guidance. The instructions are available in 26 languages, making correct installation easy, wherever you are.

TAILOR-MADE EASY FIT INSTALLATION KITS

NRF has developed tailor-made Easy Fit kits for every turbocharger in its range. To ensure a correct installation, mechanics must always use new fitting materials. That’s why NRF includes all essential installation components directly in the turbocharger packaging. Each NRF turbocharger is supplied with the required gaskets, seals, studs, and accessories, helping to guarantee a safe, reliable, and professional fit.

QUALITY AND RELIABILITY GUARANTEED

NRF is known for its high quality standards, and turbochargers are no exception. To guarantee reliability and long-term durability, NRF has established a dedicated technical validation and testing centre for turbochargers. Within this facility, turbochargers undergo extensive performance, functional, and durability testing, including actuator testing, airflow analysis, boost validation, and overall performance testing.

AVAILABILITY IS KEY

NRF has a highly developed supply chain network, with 9 warehouses across Europe and a well-structured logistics setup outside Europe. As a global player with a strong local focus, each NRF location is supported by its own customer service centre. Communication is handled in the local language, with stock kept locally. This means that when a turbocharger from the NRF range is needed, workshops can rely on fast availability and quick delivery.

TecRMI Verified Repairs empowers your workshop with real-world, technician-validated repair cases and predictive fault analysis. Designed for independent workshops, it supports faster, more accurate diagnostics — reducing downtime, unnecessary part replacements, and customer callbacks. With verified data and guided suggestions, every repair becomes a confident, quality repair.

Why Verified Repairs?

When a repair turns into a guessing game, time and money are lost. TecRMI Verified Repairs changes that by providing proven solutions for real-world problems, sourced from a European network of workshops and validated by experienced master technicians and diagnostic specialists. Unlike traditional databases based solely on manufacturer data, Verified Repairs delivers practical answers for specific fault symptoms and diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs). Search by VIN, KBA, VRM, DTC, or symptom for fast, precise results. Each case is documented in a clear structure: Problem - Cause - Solution, often supported by technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and real component images. The result? Faster diagnostics, fewer repeat repairs, and improved customer satisfaction.

Two Powerful Modules

TecRMI Verified Repairs is available in two modules designed to meet di erent workshop needs:

• Basic Module:

Access over 15,000 real-life repair cases and more than 250,000 fault codes linked to verified solutions. Every entry has been tested and approved by experts, giving your team reliable answers quickly and easily.

Workshop benefits: Fix problems faster, reduce repeat visits, and boost customer trust — all with data you can rely on.

• Plus Module (Analytics):

When no exact repair case is available, the system o ers three levels of probability based on fault code, vehicle type, and historical repair patterns. This predictive approach helps technicians prioritize actions, reduce diagnostic time, and increase first-time fix rates — a powerful edge in today’s competitive aftermarket.

Always up to date thanks to hybrid training from Webasto – digital learning, live expertise

Digitalization has permanently changed every-day working life in workshops. Today, information is available faster, more independently of location, in multiple languages, and on a larger scale than ever before.

We at Webasto provide free technical background knowledge, installation instructions, and various video formats via our digital partner portal. We offer clear and up-to-date information on our parking heaters and climate systems.

But, we know that in daily work on vehicles and machines – whether passenger cars, boats, camping vehicles, or

construction machinery – precise skills and experience are what count. This is where our personal training comes in, in which participants experience practical work.

“Digital information supports knowledge. However, real skills are developed when people work on something under the guidance of professionals, ask questions in dialog, and try out solutions for themselves,“ says Jörg Hornung, Vice President Aftermarket at Webasto. “That‘s why we are continuing to expand our range of open and individual on-site training courses against current trends.“

More live training for better service

Webasto is now offering more live training courses – tailored to different industries, applications, and levels of experience. Among others, these include:

Introduction Training – Heating & Cooling Products

Service Training – AC Systems Marine

Application Training – Heating Products RV

Installation training – Heating Products Car

Service Training – Heating Products Heavy Duty

Application & Service Training – High voltage heaters

“It is important to us not only to deliver high-quality products, but also to offer reliable support for everyday practice – for technicians by technicians,“ says Hornung.
