As the Employee Experience is a journey, so is the process needed to continually elevate that experience. Our Nextran HR department has been working on several initiatives over the past year to improve the technology we use for administrative purposes.

ADVANCING TECHNOLOGY JOB FAIRS HIRING & ONBOARDING

In March 2022, the Nextran HR team rolled out our new Applicant Tracking System (ATS) using Clear Company technologies. By doing so, Nextran can more efficiently provide a consistent, professional branded image for job postings while reaching broader audiences through a combination of social media and job boards. In the first six months, there have been over 21,000 “clicks” on jobs posted through our system, with nearly 2,500 applicants. The system provides greater visibility of candidates to our Hiring Managers and allows those interested in applying to do so by finding more ways than ever to connect with our Nextran team.
