Each crystal has its own “power,” or vibrational medicine so to speak. Blue Lace Agate is the crystal of communication and stability. It’s a form of banded chalcedony (a type of quartz stone) that is light blue with white and may have blue and or brownish veins running through it.

Blue Lace Agate is unique to the Ysterputs Farm, a mine in Namibia, South Africa which was discovered and named in 1970. It has been noted as early as the Ancient Greek and Egyptian civilizations that the highest quality Blue Lace Agate resides in Namibia, Africa.

Self-compassion is a portal for inner exploration and can be a true catalyst for your soul’s growth and evolution. Merging from the heart, self-compassion is led by the soul and helps us develop a strong relationship with ourselves (and others). When exercised, this precious divine gift enhances our experiences and provides us with opportunities to evolve in love and tenderness. Compassion creates a safe container to be able to let go and open into curiosity — peeling back the layers of our human experience to lovingly witness and move through past traumas, illusions and misperceptions of separateness.

The best part is that nothing about us is unlovable through the lens of self-compassion! Knowing this can create safety to explore and process our deepest fears, beliefs, and emotions. In fact, the gift of selfcompassion is about becoming your own inner ally, it fosters real love, trust and connection with the self.

Profound spiritual growth and transformation require trading in outdated programming for soul comfort and nourishment. To heal is to choose a new way, to courageously hold ourselves with compassion, and to focus on the greater vision. Only when we can release self-judgment and self-critical thoughts, can we hear our inner voice speaking to us in gentle, tender, and compassionate tones.

Cultivating self-compassion bravely invites us to open our capacity to care about ourselves, prioritize owning our power and remove any masks that have kept us small or safe. Self-compassion directs us in leaving the “black and white” path, it allows us to find neutrality, see ourselves more clearly, and widen our perception of what is possible.

Labels such as right or wrong can not exist through the lens of self-compassion. Choosing to release restrictive labels like “good”, “bad”, “wrong”, and “right” allows the freedom needed to live a life in true alignment. Practicing self-compassion can sound like “even though I am experiencing this discomfort, I deeply love and accept myself” or “even though I broke my promise to myself, I deeply love and accept myself”.

To experience the magic of self-compassion, try practicing kindness and tenderness toward yourself when life feels chaotic or you feel activated. Learning to observe your behaviour and responses in moments of friction is an opportunity to surrender to curiosity and get to know yourself at a deeper level.

When we lack self-compassion we’re more likely to hide, becoming blind to the truth, distorting the storyline or shifting the blame onto someone else, causing a rupture and furthering the illusion of separation, stunting our soul's truest expression. The action of self-compassion provides the safe foundational support for us to embrace our imperfections and practice self-acceptance, this is key to releasing pain and suffering.

To be the composers of our life, and to create the life we desire, we must learn how to warmly hold and witness ourselves and release self-criticism. Practicing self-compassion can be like fertilizer, propelling you into your [super] power and helping you to harness your creator essence. It might seem a bit awkward at first, but curating your own self-care regimen of self-compassion, and practicing it for 2-3 minutes a day, will truly show you how powerful this gift is. Maybe start by giving yourself a warm hug, softly touching your arm or face, gently rocking your body side-to-side, or tuning into what feels nice for you. Or perhaps you try visualizing a pink light of compassion. Welcoming in its frequency as it enters the top of your head, abundantly pouring down through your crown chakra until it flows into the base of your spine. Feel it nourishing your chakra system, feeling the sensation of self-compassion rooting into your body, safely containing you in light.

Returning to self-compassion during the day can be as easy as reconnecting to the pink light of compassion, giving yourself a warm hug or speaking encouraging statements to yourself such as “I am loved. I am safe. And I love you.”

Infusing your life with self-compassion will absolutely create harmony in your daily life and enhance the way you feel.

"I came in at a time when I was least expected. No one knew what they had coming for them, when I stepped into Courtney’s world."

We have been together for many lifetimes, doing important work together to impact the collective.

I’ve held Courtney through her deepest pain, reminding her that there was a purpose for the experience she was in. And I’ve celebrated her each time she’s accomplished something she sought out to do as part of her souls work.

The work you do in this lifetime does not have to be challenging and painful. You are not a physical form of spirit living to experience hardship, but rather we ask you to find your own path to bliss and freedom. It is what you make of the pain that determines the ease in which you move through the lessons and what type of momentum you will have pushing you forward.

Always remember that what is meant for you will find its way to you.

Spirit guides all have different but important roles and mine is to be the portal of communication between the spirit world and the physical world. I am her direct channel. I help her help you. I provide her with messages that need to get out to the right people. I put these people in her path so that they can receive what they need. In me, Courtney trusts and together we are creating a ripple effect of healing to all who steps into our world.

I couldn’t make my debut until Courtney was ready to take her gifts more seriously and to use them to create more impact in the work she was doing.

She began her journey with another guide, a young male who visited her early into her embracing her gifts. His roll as a leading guide was to teach her about her own unique gifts and how to walk with spirit. In 2018 I boldly introduced myself, when Courtney committed to a higher level of service and teaching. This could not happen until she fully surrendered into the work of the Universe and trusted in the gifts she was born with.

We made a pact that day to stick together. To walk in union. To help others wake up to the infinite possibilities that can be created with each new moment.

I’ve shown her not to take life too seriously, to move through the moments as they come and to be more present. If you’ve stepped into a session with us, you probably have met my sassy side. I like to bring humour to the table. But I also like to give you the honest truth. The truth that is going to move you and get you places. It might not always be what you want to hear, but you have blind spots. Things that you either can’t see or are not willing to see within yourself. I remind you of your soul's deepest expression. What do you do?

Having many talents, I do a lot of different things. I’m what they call a Jack of all Trades. I’m a techy gal who loves troubleshooting. Right now, I own a graphic design and marketing company with my husband. I also love to write and currently have been working on starting my own blog and finishing writing a book that I have had sitting on my computer for the last three years. I would really love to have writing as the way I make money for a living. I also read, jet ski, play piano and sing, and I’m a rocker chick at heart!

Where did your journey with Spirit begin?

I believe it started when I was a child after my grandfather passed away. I was eight years old and I would always dream of conversations I had with him. I also talked out loud to my dolls and toys, but as I grew older, I realized they were probably my spirit guides.

I was a volatile child and had temper tantrums left, right, and center. I screamed at the top of my lungs to my parents and brothers. No one understood that I was taking on everyone’s energy and I didn’t have the emotional regulation to deal with it, so it overwhelmed me and I was very vocal about it. I went to therapy for decades and while it helped, I never really got to the root of my issues. I really needed a spiritual coach to understand where I came from and the type of person I am. So, there I was, in my 50’s, finally going rebooting my journey with Spirit! I use crystals as part of my spiritual therapy and continue to go deeper into my nextlevel psychic abilities. I hope to embrace my gifts without any fear or doubts.

What challenged you the most along the way?

First, learning to love and trust myself and my spirit team… which, in all truth, I’m still working on. It has been uncomfortable to dig into the deep emotional mother and inner child wounds. I know my mother loved me, but I had a turbulent childhood. Then healing my baggage into the life of my daughter and being a good example has also brought some challenges of its own. Another one, I would have to say is having the confidence to embrace who I am and all of my psychic abilities. Self-doubt is a big challenge as well as believing I deserve a happy and fulfilling life without judging myself as unworthy.

What’s been your biggest breakthrough?

My biggest breakthrough was several years ago, taking a spiritual course from Courtney and really working one on one to dig deep and heal old wounds. I did a lot of journaling on self-love and inner child work and did the inner work to let the real me shine through. I shed many layers and versions of myself I thought I needed to be and started honouring all of who I am without fear!

My biggest leap came from learning my human design. I am a manifestor and I can manifest the life I want if I really believe it and feel it with all my heart. That still needs practice but just learning more about my gifts was a big breakthrough for me.

What challenged you the most along the way?

It looks like embracing the real me.

Living life with no fear, being confident, owning my path in writing and helping people with my wisdom. The Next Level is all about being myself and following what really brings me joy and authenticity. I have a lot of talents and will follow my genius to be successful wherever my journey takes me.

As an author, channelling the message is basically my forte. It’s the one area of genius I’ve mastered since the age of 18 when I got the first download to create a planner company that would help women organize their days with a weekly channelled message that they might need to hear. It didn’t always come easy.

I often doubted myself and stopped the message from coming through. I used to get so paralyzed by the downloads and information pouring through my consciousness.

I think it’s funny that this month’s theme is Channeling the Message, I’ll be a guest speaker in Courtney’s private membership about channelling the message, and yet… we’re a

For some reason, summing it all up and channelling a single potent divine article for you… has taken me longer than usual. I guess that’s what Spirit has in store for us because the message always comes in perfect timing. Sometimes, there are a few bits and pieces that still have to transpire for the entire download to come through. But sometimes, it comes to you over-pouring in precious codes… And, when you're lucky... just when you intend to sit down and write a message... the message comes through.

Today, a big piece of the outline was downloaded for me. As I wrote this, we were more than halfway through the month and almost ten days away from our next planned launch. I was just texting my client Theresa, whose article by the way is somewhere in this edition, about the message that was coming through for her. As you’ll later see, Theresa is the ultimate vessel for divine downloads. She spends much of her days in meditation and prayer. She walks hand-in-hand with Spirit and Christ. She is a clear and healthy channel for Spirit's transmissions. And, she channels many meditations, activations, and reminders when God calls her to the podium. I’ve had the honour of meditating with Theresa several times while channelling her book Live Life thru your Heart. But something about the potency of what was coming through for her illuminated the first big download for this month’s offerings.

After all, if I’m the Next Level Psychic guest highlight of the month, I want to pour my fullness into you and share everything I can about mastering the topic. “The first thing I do when I need to create something or am called to create something, I first set a powerful intention and proceed to light an incense and bring in my feminine Shakti energy. “Another thing that I do is create some kind of beautiful healing tea with organic lemon and fresh ginger. I cut them, boil the water, and pour my elixir with the intention of cleansing and healing my body temple, heart, and soul. My fiancé brews another tea from his heart and it’s with ginseng and astragalus, and Goji berries that are cut and simmered to perfection. Combined these beautiful cups of magic, get into your comfortable space, and breathe into the moment.

I journal and express gratitude. What comes through is what comes from the heart and then I just ask God for guidance on how can I serve today.

“Hey, Spirit. How can I grow today?

How can I create?

Who needs love? Who needs light?

How can I make a difference?

What do I need to learn and transform?”

I ask these high calibre questions for my soul to go deeper into my higher self, my soulful self.

Journaling is very essential to me and then I move my body. I connect to my breath and pranayama.

I remember it like it was yesterday… I laid beside my partner, he fell asleep in t-minus 5 seconds as per the usual *eye roll.* I got myself snuggled in, ready to have a normal night's sleep but instead, I experienced my first outof-body experience.

AWAKENING THE CHANNEL

That evening I experienced what some would call a “spiritual awakening.”

I have lived a very distinct life before and after this day. That evening, the ugliest parts of my life were brought to the surface, my eternal shadow self. The part of my being that I locked up years ago and threw away the key, or so I thought... I began to feel my past but in the present. Beside the love of my life that night, my higher self decided to take the wheel and guide me into my shadow to show me where my true light resided. She took me to the night I almost took my own life. I was 19 at the time… about one hundred pounds of toxic products, processed sugar, condoms, vodka, and regrets. In an eternal instant, I felt the hate I had for myself at that time, and ladies… it ran deep. In the following moment, I felt something completely different (keep in mind I’m still in my bed). I felt chambers of my heart open that I hadn’t felt in decades and then in front of me appeared my inner child.

She held out her hand and said, “it’s time.”

This was the first time I felt my power, my potency and my wholeness, all parts of me deciding to come together to rise from what felt like it had been buried in lifetimes of ashes. The next day, I woke up a changed woman. I immediately began to compose my legacy by first deconstructing my past... This was 2019, I was 27 at this time.

I named this stage: “The Call.”

This part of your feminine awakening process is all about listening. It’s a definitive moment in your life where you intrinsically know you can’t live the way you have been and long-term change needs to happen to feel alive again.

This dove me head first into stage 2, The Purge.

I began to release things in my life that no longer served me, I had hard conversations I’ve wanted to for years, set boundaries, dealt with health issues, lost friends, fought with family, stopped drinking, stopped eating meat, etc.

My life began shifting at a drastic pace. Things I once loved, I had no interest in anymore. Intuitive hits smacked me for weeks about things to tweak, shift, and cut loose in my world. My energetic ecosystem hit a point where I was ready to explore new things, and…

This took me into stage 3 of the awakening journey.

Welcome to The Discovery stage!

In this season, curiosity is at the forefront. I tried new movement classes and played with new healing modalities and spiritual practices. I hung out with new people. Started exploring how to start a podcast to share the divine feminine wisdom I was receiving through the inner work and outer learnings with other women. I got in touch with my sensuality, creativity and intuition in big ways in this stage.

I studied modalities like Human Design, feminine business, cycle syncing, and Ayurveda; these new learnings complimented my yoga training and reiki certificates (yes of course I dropped out of university to do other things). I started coaching women on how to stand in their feminine power as I experienced deeper layers of my own. I found myself spending money intuitively on courses and readings and new experiences; expanding in ways I never believed in but it all felt so right. This stage is about tapping into the power of your womb and the core creative gifts you are here to share with the world.

This soars us right into stage four, The Integration.

This stage is rooted in personal truth, full embodied leadership and expression within the community. Life becomes less about fitting in but rather living in alignment with your soul’s mission. In this stage, I noticed the seeds I had planted in stage two come to fruition, boundaries became second nature, open communication became non-negotiable, and I started receiving invitations to share my intuitive gifts in new ways with my community.

Sliding me into stage five, the final stage of the feminine awakening journey: The Mastery.

Why I dropped out of my Ph.D. program to channel my new business!

As someone who was once very insecure and full of excuses, I transformed to make life-altering decisions like dropping out of a Ph.D. Program in Finance and enrolling in college to be a medical aesthetician – yes, you heard that right! Take it from me that you are in full control of how you go through life, despite what happens in your life. I was a single mom at 22. I had no clue what I wanted to do with my life, but I knew I wanted a lot more for my son than I could provide. I worked really hard, and I really struggled, to obtain my Honours Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Business Administration degrees in just 5 years, all while working part-time and raising my son. I worked various jobs in marketing, tech, entrepreneurship, and academia but really did not feel passionate about any of them. I met my husband at 27 and we had a 2nd child together when I was 28. Fortunately, my husband puts up with my entrepreneurial spirit (aka craziness!) and has been supportive of me. Together we made the decision to move away from our home in Windsor, Ontario where he lived the majority of his life, and I had lived for over a decade, so I could pursue my Ph.D. I even landed a six-figure Tech job in which I could work from home while completing my degree. Despite everything seemingly going so right, inside I felt like something was still wrong.

No one else will ever be able to love you or take care of you better than you can love and take care of yourself. I firmly believe that how you feel about yourself on the outside deeply affects how you feel about yourself on the inside, and how you feel about yourself as a whole can shape the outcome of your life.

CHANNELING A BUSINESS

After a health scare, I realized that I needed to drastically change my life, or I would have a lot of regret down the road. I was working towards my Ph.D. because I felt it was the ‘safe’ route to provide for my family, but the truth was I wanted a lot more for myself, and for my family. I already had the business background; I just needed the aesthetics experience. I knew I wanted to work with women, for women and had thought of opening a medical spa on and off for years after battling some of my own insecurities.

With the support and encouragement of my husband, and my kids, I left my comfortable six-figure job in Tech, I left my Ph.D. Program in Finance, and I enrolled in college for medical aesthetics to start Mejor Vida Medical Spa. To me, owning a medical spa was not about how I could make clients look, it was about how I could help them feel when they look at themself in the mirror. After all, how we feel we look on the outside deeply affects how we feel about ourselves on the inside. My goal was (and still is) to genuinely help each client who comes through my door to look and feel their best, on their terms – whatever that means to them. I know what it feels like to be insecure and to see that insecurity every time I looked in the mirror. We all deserve to feel good about how we look, regardless of what anyone else might think.

Today I proudly run a successful home-based medical spa with a growing team, and we are on track to have a commercial location within the next 1218 months. A WILD REMEMBERANCE

BY TANIA JANE It was International Women’s day. The energy in the air felt different, exciting. An excitement I hadn’t felt in a long time. I was on my way to my best friend’s studio – a tiny but mighty space in the heart of streetsville, Mississauga. We were hosting a whole day of empowering talks, healing and more for local women to immerse themselves in.

After a session of sound bowl healing, something prompted me to ask my healer, Nikki to perform some Reiki healing. The year had started off with a heaviness I couldn’t shake off in my business and my personal life. A heaviness that quite frankly always existed, especially since the inception of my business. At best, I kept swimming through it and spinning plates in the air, until I let my entire business crash and burn. I made my way to the treatment room looking for a release, and relief, instead what I gained back was my soul.

Fused with my body were lifetimes of remembrances returned to me.

It was a trip. Some call it astral travel. I call it a sacred and wild remembrance. I always felt like I didn’t quite fit into this lifetime, this body, this world. And my reiki healing session gave me further clarity on why that was the case.

It all came flashing back to me. The smell of the black sand and the cool Nordic waters. The emerald green moss and forests. The wolves and mountains. My black mare. My son. Me, my belly full with a new babe. Me, fleeing town on horseback with my sons in tow.

My crime? Desiring more. Desiring healing. Standing up for the underdogs. Me, the outcast, the renegade, the rebel, the healer, the seeress. The warrioress, the shield-maiden. Partway through the forest, I stop. A vision flashes. They are near. I can hear the horses' hooves pounding the uneven terrain. They’ll be here any minute. The sun is setting, nightfall upon us slowly. I know I should make my way further North. I ask my son to run. To go back home. To tell our story and share the truth in each lifetime. His eyes stare back at me with concern and fear.

Tears stream down both our faces. I reassure him, I will find you. Come find me, no matter what. Now, run and tell your father I am okay. This will be the last time I see him. I can feel the exhaustion setting deep in my bones.

The hunger in my belly. My baby kicks to let me know he is still here, and hungry too. But I need to ready myself to fight. I hear their voices, their putrid stench. The smell of fire and wood. I draw my sword, ready to swing.

Völva. Seidr. Seeress. Once respected for her foresight, clairvoyance, and wisdom. Now feared. Because there were others tarnishing the lineage. Using their gifts for the dark. Using their inherent power for malice.

I call on the land. I call on the elements. To help. To protect. To guide. I remember my grandmother saying, when your heart is pure, everything will be yours. I feel a stab, and another one, and another one. I keep fighting till I can no more. I smell blood everywhere. Mine and theirs. I feel my babe’s spirit leave my body. I hear my horse still neighing. It all goes black. I wake up to wolves surrounding me. Seven of them. Forming a circle around me facing outward. Protection. The night wind howls. I gather my strength and limp through the forest to find a clearing.

Wolves flanked either side of me. The clearing is a cliff. I see a boat at the bottom, the jump doesn’t look that bad. I think I can make it. I jump. I don’t feel the boat, instead, I feel the ice-cold water. My body was submerged, and my lower half was severed by the jagged rock. I scream a muffled "help me"...

And at this moment, I am brought back to the room, tears streaming down my face. I see Nikki pulling the darkness, the pain and grief out of me. The fullness in my lower body and my womb space returns. ‘I’ve just performed energetic surgery, Tania. Your left side had sharp swords still in it. Your womb was hollow all these years because they took your child away. You were killed. They’re fused together now. You are safe and whole.’

This remembrance deepened my homecoming – the return to raw primal power and self-expression.

The remembrance of why I started a business built on self-expression.

And somewhere along the way, instead of mulling and steeping my own elixir and believing its potency, I let myself dilute it to appease everyone around me. Instead of owning all parts of who I am, I hid from what made me... ME. The melding of spirituality, lifetimes, and sacred gifts altogether.

This year was in many ways a resurgence, revolution, rebirth, and remembrance woven into one.

So I could lean into my power and understand its impact. So I could stop hiding. And openly shine my light and help others shine theirs too. So I could rebuild the foundations without scarcity, without struggle, without a constant battle that needs to be won. Releasing the need to prove, convince, or operate from any ego.

As you journey through your death, you'll do so in the most uncomfortable way. It's ego death. Behaviours, patterns, mistakes, past versions of you—reminders of whom you used to be, thrown right in your face like murky, swampy mud. Triggers. Self-sabotage, staying small. Staying hidden. Blending in. Because in many ways, that was safe. That meant I would be alive in this lifetime. That meant I could be the peacekeeper through life 4, 10, 13, 17, 20, 23, 30, 33.

No more. Now I’m my own gatekeeper.

And until you master yourself and know yourself deeply, you will give into that.

You’re human after all.

The resurgence we feel in these moments—feels like an act of betrayal at first. Because we are finally listening to what our soul and body have been whispering for so long.

But alas, we are still entangled with resistance. Because we feel afraid of the deep abyss of power and expansion that awaits us. And so we cling to stagnant, decayed, dead parts of ourselves and our relationships, behaviours and more.

As though our relentless resuscitation of this proverbial corpse will yield new life. Because deep within, we are afraid to sever something that once was beloved. And our revolution calls us forward, in life, business, our relationships with others and most of all our soul, We have to be okay, beloved soul, with mourning parts of ourselves that no longer fit. We have to be okay with mourning who we once were. And release the version of ourselves that others won't.

When we can master this through mindfulness on a daily basis, the easier it becomes for us to believe that everything we write down, in an intentional and sacred way can in fact come true no matter the circumstances. As long as you back this up with aligned inspired daily action, you are golden!

SCRIPT YOUR LOVE LIFE My soulmate relationship, manifested job and career, my personal appearance and material possessions; all my past accomplishments like hitting 100 thousand followers on TikTok and so much more are all examples of things I scripted into my reality. And, in many cases down to the exact details. Even the location of where my boyfriend lives came true which just goes to show that the more tuned into your own intuition at the time of scripting, the higher the chances are that what you write will come true. There is a simple format that I have taught my followers, clients and readers in my book Lighting the Way Through Manifestation: A Beginner's Guide to Manifestation.

The key to writing a good script is not to limit yourself and to write with pure emotion. As you do so, tune into your intuition by taking breaks to visualize or meditate on the feeling. You can set the tone for your environment before you even begin by creating a cozy and sacred space where you can be with your thoughts privately. You can either type or hand write your script but hand writing tends to carry more of your energy, feels more magical, and can even be spiced up with colour magic if you use a coloured pen that matches the emotions or desires you will be writing about.

SCRIPTING YOUR REALITY

THE SCRIPT FORMAT: Dear God/Universe (or whatever name you call the divine or the co-creator in manifesting whatever desire it is you hold). **You can also address your script to your future self if this does not resonate for whatever reason.

Thank you so much for helping to manifest (insert the desire).

I feel so happy now that I (insert the feelings you have when you think about having this desire in your life.)

Then write in detail the exact qualities you can think of when it comes to this desire.

Remember though, it is important to mention in your script that you are so happy the desire is better than you could have imagined. This is especially important for non-specific manifestors in human design. (You can look up your human design chart on google or book a reading with someone to determine this.)

It is important to be as grateful and assumptive as possible in your writing style in your script and use words in the present tense. For example: “Now that I am actively gaining new sales every day in my business.”

Gratitude is one of the highest frequencies and biggest mindset tools for actively signalling to the universe that you want more of something. It is crucial that long after you’ve written your script, you continue to practice gratitude daily. Never take anything for granted during your manifestation process! Then, sign off your script with “Thank you” and then your name.

You can also add “for the greater good of all and with harm to none.” “As above, so below. So within and without. And, so it is”. This signals to the universe that you recognize the law of correspondence as well as the law of cause and effect and is a formal way of finishing a script. You can then add any sigils, symbols, drawings etc. that are meaningful to this particular script. After that, you can either burn it or keep it somewhere but it’s important to let the attachment to the outcome go and work on your energetic and physical plan of action to align yourself with and embody this desire going forward.

We all have the capacity to bear and deliver divine messages. Each of us has a unique way of channelling our creative gifts to the world. But, how can we optimize the stream, the vessel, and our channel to receive bigger downloads and deliver them with ease?

It all starts with the vessel, the intention, and your level of receptivity. One must be open to even receive divine downloads for the channel to open and the message to come through. Greetings! My name is Lady Phoenix, and I am a Psychic.

That may sound like an introduction for AA, but in today’s society and the Matrix warfare we are experiencing, it is very real. It is breaking free from the mould society has placed on you, the grooming and training/domestication that has been instilled in you. So, for me, I have taken ownership of myself, and my growth and surrendered to spirit for all other aspects of my life.

When I shifted from the Matrix’s Lindsay to my divine-self Lady Phoenix, I was 28, engaged, and unhappy with my career and my life. I had been in a relationship with a narcissist and was also in my Saturn Return. I was groomed, physically, mentally, and emotionally assaulted, and was completely broken. With the Saturn return coming in, it gave me a chance to fully take back my power.

With that newfound power, I decided to make a career shift, move, and change every aspect of my life. I called off my wedding and started from scratch. But I wasn’t actually starting from scratch, I was starting from experience. I was able to build a solid foundation for my life that I could now enjoy and make mine.

I went from being a seasoned hairstylist in the salon making thousands per month to teaching at a world-renowned styling academy and helping people to see the best in themselves. I still wasn’t fulfilled. I was teaching people the knowledge I had and wanted to help them achieve their goals and still, there was something missing. I wanted it for them more than they did. I couldn’t do it for them and knew that I had more to give, so maybe it needed to be different than I had anticipated.

Looking for this missing link, I left the academy and went to work back behind the chair. I wanted that interpersonal interaction that you can only get with a profession that puts you directly within someone else’s space or in contact with their person. I started working on clients again and loved that I made them feel beautiful, but I wanted a deeper connection and I wanted to actually help people, not just on a superficial level.

Thinking about the mind and body aspect working in unison became intriguing and that brought me to dumbbells and bombshells. I became a personal trainer as well as continued to work as a hairstylist. This brought in a new facet, but it was still hollow to me. I was desperate to feel as though my work had a deeper meaning and that I could truly make a difference in someone’s life.

How could this be all that life has to offer?

When Covid hit and the entire world went into quarantine, I felt lost. As a hairstylist and personal trainer, I had nothing I could do. I had no way to source income. I spent most of my time in nature, walking, hiking, contemplating what was important in life and where did I want my life to go? I felt extremely connected to the universe and to spirit. I was in the space in which I believed that spirit was giving me the opportunity to finally make my life what I wanted it to be. I was able to do what I wanted instead of doing what my family, friends or society wanted me to do. Up to this point in my 37 I was channelling from Spirit years on Earth, it was all about paying my bills and getting to and contemplating my my destination first instead of doing what fuels my soul and downloads... and I just knew doing it right. On a walk in August of 2020, I intuitively created that this was it for me.

Serenity Cavern Healing. I was channelling from Spirit and contemplating my downloads and just knew that this was it for me. I have been reading cards for over twenty years and have been intuitive my entire life. I knew how much I felt enthralled by connecting to my spiritual side and being able to use that and my gifts to intuitively help people and bring them into a new state of consciousness. This was the most enchanting thought. I was beyond excited at the real chance to stabilize a career that was based on my passions, gifts, and interests.

I was finally at the place where I could say that I found what I love and never felt like I was working a single day. I knew this needed to be sustainable and decided to receive training to become licensed in Usui Reiki Holy Fire and Past Life Regression. I’ve created my own brand of guided meditations and a deck of Oracle Cards called Sensual Secrets. I have been activated in Lemurian Light Language as well as Shamballa. I use sound therapy to aid in the subconscious treatments I have organically created to build an emotionally releasing, healing experience. I finally felt as though I was on the right path. I knew it would only evolve into more and have been completely humbled at the magnitude in which the evolution of the business has made in such a short period of time.

In the two years since its inception, Serenity Cavern Healing has helped thousands of women and men as well as some children find their voice, heal their soul, and return soul fragments home within them. I am proud of all that the brand has achieved, but there was still so much more to do. I needed something tangible to go with the healing. I needed something that my clients could use to continue their healing journey without me and find a way to make this a lifestyle.

This isn’t a fad, diet, or quick fix. I wanted my brand to be of like mind. Taking you deeper into yourself and unearthing the beauty that exists within only you. How can I embody that in a product or service? Each individual soul has the ability to channel. I have spent my entire life channelling decisions, lifestyle choices and every aspect of this glorious life. When you second guess or doubt what you hear or your ideas, it is your ego glossing over the download you received from Spirit or your spirit team. Every thought, idea, inspiration, or motivational moment comes directly from Source. It is your clear connection to your God-consciousness. It is this aspect that helped me get my business to where it is today. This is the fulfilling aspect I was talking about. It is taking you from your ego, fear-based self and helping you bring your channel to life, increase your ability to decipher your intuition from overthinking and strengthen your connection to spirit and your God-Consciousness. You are already whole, and you are perfectly imperfect. Just remember that. Receive the love you deserve and set the boundaries you need to.
