You know how important building a community is. But something you may have been overlooking lately is the importance of making sure you have the right people in your community. If you give yourself the chance to be honest about the people in your life, you will probably have some eye-opening feedback coming your way. This month, that’s exactly what you need to do: audit the people in your community. You may find that some people are bringing even more to the table than you realized. But there are likely some others that you’ve been giving passes to for one reason or another and those passes are about to expire. Trust your instincts and stop ignoring the red flags. There may be some uncomfortable conversations in your near future but once those are done, you’re going to be energized and confident knowing that you have a loyal, safe group of people you can depend on just as much as they can depend on you.
