THE VIBE:

New beginnings, bold moves, big changes, “I can do anything, be anything, have everything and more.” Astrology tells the story of a journey and the lessons we progressively learn along the way. We are officially kicking off a fresh, new cycle with Aries season. Aries is commonly known as “The Fool” because it marks the innocence and ignorance that often accompanies someone beginning something new. You don’t know what you don’t know and that mindset offers a sense of confidence and wide-eyed wonder at all the possibilities of all the things that can go right. We have yet to be challenged, faced with an obstacle or have things go sideways on us. This is your time to let your imagination run wild with all the things you want to manifest in your life and leave any and all doubts behind.

On April 20th, we have our rare second New Moon in Aries PLUS a Solar Eclipse.

First things first, resist the urge to ritual during this moon. Eclipses are a cosmic portal that ushers major changes into our lives and with that changes comes some big chaotic energy. Ultimately, eclipses are doing you a big solid to make sure you’re living in alignment, remember that. If you’ve been dialed into your intuition, taking care of yourself and following your path then odds are this eclipse will feel like a supercharged jump forward in your life. If you’ve been ignoring the signs, living at the expense of others or just not honoring your truth you can expect that the Universe is going to help you out by course correcting you, which may feel uncomfortable. But have no fear! This is a time to take it easy, breathe and give your life the space it needs to do its thing. No micromanaging or resisting, trust me on this. The more you let go and lean in, the faster you can get back to enjoying this ride we call life.

On April 21st, we have our first Mercury Retrograde of the year!

Again, before we sound the alarm, remember this is another opportunity for the cosmos to help you out in living your best life. Whatever happens during this time is happening FOR you, not to you (even though it may not feel like it at the time). Mercury is the ruler of communication, technology, and travel and while it’s making its quarterly trip backwards, this is a time to slow down and make sure you’re triple-checking any communications, being mindful of your devices (keep water far away) and limiting travel or at least make sure you give yourself plenty of time to pack, make arrangements and get from place to place. Retrograde periods are like a cosmic second chance so this is prime time to reflect, reassess, redo, etc. Be patient with yourself and others. We’re going through it but we’re all going to be so much better off on the other side.
