Energetically, I mean! Don’t worry boo, I know you’d say, “What, that’s not physically possible!”

But what if I told you the eggs you release during each ovulation had the power to create life, not just in the form of another human being, but in the form of your 3D manifestations? In November 2021, I hit what felt like a block in my business. I was exhausted, burnt out, and agonizing over my brain with the who’s, what’s, where’s, when’s, why’s, and how’s. As much as I loved journaling, meditation, you name it, nothing seemed to be shaking me from this phase.

On a cozy Tuesday evening, I was doing my yoni egg practice when I heard a little whisper saying, “Why not use your womb to manifest?” I thought, “That idea is awesome! I’m going to intuitively channel a practice.” I could see energy forming into a little circle where I visualized what I wanted to call in. I decided to try something simple; manifesting just one client. I watched the energy float into my third eye and down to my womb. As I felt the energy embedded into my womb, it didn’t feel like what I wanted to manifest was out of reach. It felt like it was here with me, and part of my body.

Once I finished the practice, I forgot about it. But when I opened my email just 24 hours later and saw that a client had booked, I was shocked! This wasn’t someone I connected with through email, social media, or any of my platforms. Then I remembered… “This is what I wanted to manifest.

And it’s here!!” Unfortunately, silly me forgot how impactful this practice was and I didn’t do it for months.

In July 2022, I heard that little whisper again gently urging me to do the practice again. This time, I took it a step further and visualized my egg being fertilized by the Universe to physically create my desire. I tried a similar intention to what I did initially, which was manifesting a client.

This time I wanted to manifest 2. Just two weeks later, I didn’t manifest two clients. I manifested five! I did the practice again the next month. I wanted to book a podcast interview. Two weeks later, it happened!

The next month, I wanted to manifest fully receiving something financially that had been in the process of clearing for a few months. Two weeks later, I fully received it.

You may notice a pattern; each manifestation took 2 weeks to come into the physical. This is the average timeframe that it would take for a woman to conceive and then find out she is pregnant. Mind. Blown!

Your womb is capable of creating life in all of its forms. Your eggs are divinely designed to conceive human life AND the 3D life of your desires.

Manifesting with my womb has shown me that we are born with the most powerful tool we could ever have. BORN with it. How cool is that? And how gracious is it that the Universe said, “I’m going to give you a slice of my own creative power."

To begin manifesting with your womb, it is first helpful to understand the 4 phases of your cycle so you can see when you are ovulating! I typically do this practice during my ovulation window, preferably on the day of my ovulation. The beauty of this is I also only do this practice once a month, and the intention I hold manifests each time. Then, get clear on the feelings your manifestation will bring. When you go into meditation and visualize the energy of your desire fertilizing your egg, it makes the experience 1,000 times more magical when the feelings and emotions behind the desire are being infused into your womb. This helps to also make the desire feel like it is one with your body and not something that is separate or in the distant future. There is no required time for this practice, and you can go for as long as you feel called! Once you feel like the practice is complete, allow your body to enter a state of calmness and surrender. The work is complete.

With 2023 around the corner, I know there’s no better way to enter the New Year than to feel the depth and fertility of our being and harness the ability to birth the life we desire through a part of our body that was gifted to us. Are you ready to make love to the Universe?

THE POWER OF SELF-LOVE & DIVINE

I often talk about self-love cultivation as being one of the most important ways to fully awaken and embody your sensuality as a woman. I’ve also realized throughout my own spiritual and sensual awakening and Goddess embodiment journey that there is another essential reason for self-love and the process of cultivation itself. I know that a lot of us women are searching for this epic, soul-fulfilling love with another person. Our beloved. Our soul mate. Whatever you’d like to call it. If you’re lucky enough to have already found that Divine level of love with another person, that’s an absolutely beautiful and sacred thing. Honour it. Treasure it.

Embody it completely.

What I’ve realized though is that you truly have to cultivate deep self-love from within for YOURSELF first, before you can truly give and receive love from another human being. We are all Divine, spiritual beings having this amazing multidimensional experience in these beautiful, sacred bodies. But what if we really slowed down and stopped focusing so much on attaining this love and instead, we took the time to cultivate it within ourselves first? What if we learned to embody our own love in preparation for this epic, soul-level, fulfilling love with another Divine being? What if we allowed the love to simmer, brew and explode within our own heart, cracking it wide open with healing and sacredness before we even thought about sharing this with another soul? For some of you, this might sound terrifying, and for others, it might sound fair enough. I truly believe that love comes to us when Divine timing decides it is so, whether YOU feel “ready” or not.

I don’t believe everything in your life has to be perfect before you can readily accept love. You don’t have to lose those extra 10 kgs, make 6 figures in your business, or feel like everything is planned and filed away perfectly for you to have this sacred love in your life. But I do believe that in order for you to be truly ready to have, receive, embody and fully allow this love to be in your body and life, you need to love yourself unconditionally and completely first.

If you don’t love yourself and cultivate your own self-love first, all of those old beliefs, patterns and shadows will come out in your relationship and you won’t know how to handle them in the healthiest way, or even at all. These shadows naturally come out when you’re in a relationship with another being because that’s what relationships do. They’re one of our greatest teachers. It’s where we come together, one Divine being with another, hearts open and bodies get ready to explore one another, and we heal those old wounds by drawing them out of one another.

If you notice your shadows coming out, ready to embrace them, then you know you’re on the right track and the same for your partner. There is a difference between a relationship with your beloved that is a Divine union, co-creation and actually helping you both heal and step into the next level of your true selves and a relationship where your shit is constantly coming up, but you’re ignoring it and pushing it back down.

When you are in a relationship with someone, your wounded feminine and masculine are bound to get stirred up. It’s going to unleash, but you both need to be able to work through it, alone and together. Relationships are co-creations. They are two people coming together to support one another in a spiritual and loving way. So if you are repeating the same patterns over and over again with the same partner or different partners over a period of time, then you may need to step back and really learn to cultivate that medicinal, healing love within yourself.

Cultivating this love within will allow you to attract and receive your beloved, soul mate or a complementary partner or lover. It prepares you for reaching new heights and levels of love, not only with yourself but with this other person. Love is a spiritual journey, whether you’ve realized this before or not. Relationships help us grow and stretch beyond our old limits and shed those layers of ourselves that are no longer serving us. If you aren’t doing the inner work to cultivate the love within yourself, you won’t be able to give love to another. I always say that love is the greatest gift you can give to yourself. Your cup needs to overflow with love before you can truly give to another. Would you want anything less in return? If your partner or lover doesn’t love himself/herself, how can they possibly give you the love that you desire and crave from them? The same goes for you being able to truly show up for that other person with love already brewing and overflowing in your heart. You need to be juicy and ripe with bliss and ecstasy for yourself before you can let it flow into them. You are whole. You do not have a void that needs to be filled. You don’t need to be fixed, saved or loved by another to feel or be whole, complete, divine, sacred, etc.

You are loved, always. By the Divine (whatever you want to call it—Spirit, God/Goddess, mother earth, etc.) You are loved and supported by the Universe. So don’t deny yourself the greatest love from your greatest beloved—YOU! Yes! You are your beloved.

The love of your life. Before you can find the love you most likely desire with another, you need to love yourself unconditionally, and completely. You need to be sensually embodied and tapped into your pleasure first. You need to know what your desires are (both sexually and in life) so you can share your desires unapologetically with the one you share your body and space with.

All of this starts with self-love cultivation. Self-love is the foundation for becoming a sensually embodied woman or becoming anything at all. Only through self-love can you truly know and honour yourself in all ways; physically, mentally, emotionally, energetically, sensually, sexually and spiritually. One of the most important things is to embody your ideal lover or partner so you can call them in and receive them fully when it’s meant to happen.

Imagine your Ideal Lover What is your ideal lover like? How do they make you feel? How do you want them to make you feel, most importantly? What kinds of things do they do for–or to–you? What would you desire when it comes to a lover or how do you feel when engaging with them? Write down whatever naturally comes to mind for you and don’t hold back. Let it flow and embrace whatever comes out. It’s essential to tap into how we feel and what we desire when it comes to a lover.

Embody your Ideal Lover Now that you know how you want to feel and what you desire in a lover, begin embodying this ideal lover in yourself! Yes, that’s right!

When we seek external sources, whether it’s a material thing or a person, it’s important to first embody the qualities and feelings within ourselves. Why is this important? Being on this journey of loving yourself, you’ll realize that everything is always within you.

The medicine is within you. When we seek fulfillment, embodiment and enlightenment outside of ourselves, we will never truly be aligned with our authentic, Divine truth.

Another realization for me is that it’s all well and good to talk about self-love, but a lot of us need support in finding and truly embodying this harmonious relationship with our own bodies and ourselves. It’s a process. That’s why it’s good to let it cultivate. It’s not an overnight process. It’s not a 6-step blueprint or 3-part formula. This is a messy, unique, beautiful, spiritual, sensual and sacred Goddess Journey that each woman encounters and experiences in her own feminine way.

I know how important it is to have sacred space held for you though. I’ve felt myself flourish with the support of someone who created a sacred, safe, healing and intimate environment or container for which I’m able to heal, shed layers, grow and eventually, thrive. This is the space where you become a sensually embodied woman. You find your confidence. You cultivate that deep, medicinal love from within that I’ve been talking about. You own your pleasure and your sexuality. You step into your desires, moving through any fear or resistance with ease and grace. You trust. You surrender. You exude sensual bliss, passion and beauty.

THE LOST FEMME IN IFESTATION

As I’m sitting here, listening to “It’s A Man’s World” by James Brown, I can’t help but appreciate how much I love being a womxn. Manifestation is not even remotely a new art, but it is one that we are hearing about more and more in both spiritual (and nonspiritual) circles. The interesting thing is, though I venture to say that there are many who believe in the power of manifestation, most who have attempted its practices have yet to see the outcomes of its magic.

I speak from my own experience on this one. I’m not only a certified Manifestation Coach, but I have both basic and advanced certifications in the Law of Attraction (specializing in both wealth AND love) and I can tell you something interesting about ALL of my learnings in this field – it still typically seems to be delivered in the view of a man’s world (even if it’s a womxn teaching it).

Think about it – what do you typically learn when you study the basics of manifestation. I can tell you. You’re supposed to think about what you want in the most specific ways, tell the Universe what you’re looking to receive, do it consistently, and trust it’ll come to you. You’ll be told that if you just make sure to release every single limiting belief you’ve ever had so you can remain in a state of positivity and gratitude that POOF, every single dream you’ve ever desired will pop into your aligned energy field.

GIRL – I am so over that “love and light” law. It is perfectly wonderful to do your best to be kind in this world, especially as a lightworker and healer, but we are in complete rejection of our feminine nature to be under the assumption that if we get angry, or sad, or depressed, or whatever it is that happens in our shadow, that all of a sudden all of our dreams will be manifested away – or worse, come in negatively.

My Most Powerful Manifestations Have Come To Me When I Embraced The Art Of Femme. I’ll say it louder for those in the back: My Most Powerful Manifestations Showed Up in My Deepest Moments of Embracing My Badass Feminine Power, in the moments when I allowed myself to feel the hard emotions before releasing them, and in the moments when I allowed myself to recognize the divinity within me. It happened when they were comfortable with being uncomfortable. It happened when they stopped focusing on their “energetic blocks” and instead focused on stepping into their feminine wisdom. It happened when they started getting really real with who they were and what they were capable of. The thing about manifestation is that the Universe cannot deny who someone IS… deeply to their core, and when you start being real, raw, and open to magic – the Universe shows up to reflect real, raw, and magic back.

THE SACRED JOURNEY TO

love

The sacred journey to Love started for me, like many other women, because of a man, or better said, because of the experience of the loss of a man.

This very masculine man changed me. In the times that followed, I was symbolically knocking at his heart’s door for years. I felt like I was worth nothing, but at the same time, I started to feel something meaningful and worth living for - the way to find and feel WHOLENESS in myself and my life. I needed hundreds of repetitions of falling into feelings of unworthiness and then eventually building myself back up again. I had to get intimate with myself and my own pain and connect over and over again with the secret gold that lay behind the pain.

“Men change us, women, whether we like it or not.”

Desire. It is important to know that our desire for a man is also about our desire for pure love, for God, and understanding that desire as God. Beyond all is Love, more love, coming closer to love. Can you love your desire?

Can you hold it close to your heart, even when it’s hard to do so?

Have you ever had the experience of being truly seen by a man? You feel a rush in your whole body and a sense of arriving. You feel that the fight is over and your heart leaps as you lose yourself in his eyes and in his presence... Yet this feeling can end very quickly when we’re not trained and practised enough to HOLD HIS GAZE and his LOVE when we have not yet learned to hold our own feminine beauty.

Both the sacred experience of Love and a fulfilling relationship are about falling in love with the desires of your heart. Can we allow ourselves to fully experience God and man as serving us and our truest desire? Can we experience the greatness of God without feeling weak or less? Can we experience the greatness of our counterpart without feeling threatened?

Our conditioning of shame and being an imperfect woman can be activated. One enormous challenge we, as women, face is to learn to hold onto our human experience, including our power and beauty.

If we want to feel seen and held by our lover, we need to let go of the old ideas of what it means to be feminine. To be fully seen means more than having two eyes looking at us. Being seen means “I approve of you, I cherish you.” Allowing yourself to be seen in your beauty in the physical world. This is what girls wish from their fathers. This is what they need in order to be aware of their feminine heart, their feminine self, and their feminine essence. The father imprints self-worth onto the woman.

Beauty can’t be measured by physical appearance, but only by radiance, by how much, and by how much we allow our beauty to radiate outwards.

It is not about perfection. It is about holding ourselves in beauty and grace.

In my story of meeting this man, I fell apart. I was angry. I felt a lot of shame. This man was so beautiful and I felt I was not good enough. I could see the beauty, the confidence, the love and the power in him that I could not see and acknowledge in myself. I had such a great desire for him that I felt insecure. What could I do? His beauty and my intense desire for him was too much for my system at the time.

At this point, we are invited to ask ourselves, why are we afraid to wear our most beautiful dress? Why was I dimming my light, my own confidence?

Why did I feel ashamed for my desire for LOVE, for him, for God? To really allow ourselves to be seen in our true beauty in this physical plane, we need to make peace with our mother, with the material world, and with our current manifestation. We need to see that we are healed, whole and complete and that it was never otherwise. The old version of ourselves does not let us out of its grip, and does not let us rise if there is anything in us that we still judge to be dysfunctional or shameful. The part that thinks “I am not okay, I am too much, I am not enough,” along with the feeling of shame must be allowed to exist in us as long as it wants to, so we can love it into wholeness.

Like this, we mend the separation of body and mind. By owning the shame, guilt and the power of our desire completely, we awaken both the woman in our hips and hearts, and attract Him as our best Lover. This is the journey to the heart and to love. LOVING our desires so completely that it almost hurts! No matter what, we allow them to be and to live in our hips. No shame babes!

She heard the call to sit down, he had come into her field, he was there.

No thing. Nothing was standing between them. They are merged into one.

Slowly they reached out to feel each other's hands. Softly, lovingly, carefully and with determination.

She had done a good job, she had overcome her old self and body. The energy of desire, calling him into her body was answered.

HE was in her. His breath reached her body, desire moving up to meet him in the heart. Union is here.

Together they were breathing, sitting together in front of each other, all open, all there. Hearts floated with LOVE AND Presence, with Nothing between them guarding their space.

The sacred journey to the heart - they had arrived at this never-ending story and felt complete.

UNLEASHING THE

dark queen OF THE HEART

It has been said before that we stay with people who treat us better than we treat ourselves; We leave people who treat us worse than we treat ourselves. I knew I was staying in unhealthy situations, but why was I staying? Why was I running after my abuser? “Please come back” … after I’d been emotionally obliterated?

Here is my story... I’m laying on the cement, bloodied and bruised. I can barely get up, I’m crying, I’m bleeding. The mean girl walks up to me… and kicks me harder than any of the other blows. Then she looks down at me from above and says, “See? You belong here. This is why you will never have what you want. This is why you will always be miserable. This is who you really are. It will never happen for you because this is your destiny.”

The other day, I found this “part” of me. She is a character in the story of my life that has a history and a role. She lives inside of me. She sat on my throne and wore my crown. She ran my world; dictated my life. I called her “The Dark Queen’ or the “Mean Girl.” And I was under her spell.

Again and again, the mean girl in me anchored my abandonment wounds; she confirmed my unlovability; she made permanence to my greatest fear. When I was at my lowest, the mean girl would smash my fears into my face, stomping me deeper into the ground until I was left to bleed out… abusing me harder than anything I had just faced from the outside world. My inner world was like an ancient battlefield, and she was the leader. Her main servant was another part of me… I called her “The Anxious Girl”, or “Frizzy.”

Frizzy has wild red hair that is unkempt. She can’t hold still. She is anxious 24/7. She can only hold eye contact for a brief moment before needing to look away. She is never present because 100% of her energy is being spent on hypervigilance. She is the one responsible for any form of addiction in my life, for being “her” is wildly uncomfortable. She is the one who apologizes for everything she does. She’s the one who fears she “said something wrong.” She is afraid of unknown numbers calling, and unopened mail in the mailbox. She is the one who is constantly in her head, bracing for something bad to happen. She is constantly worried about everyone’s feelings, and fears that it is “all her fault.” She constantly edits herself and bends to fit the needs of those around her. She’s a perfectionist. She’s an empath. She is codependent as fuck. She’s hyper-vigilant truly and “overly sensitive”. She takes everything personally. She drives herself crazy believing that there is a right and wrong way to be. She is the reason for my adrenal fatigue.

When I discovered this “part” of me in my consciousness, I imagined her.

I imagined how she would be. And this is what I noticed: She would not stop moving. She would not stop talking. And she was constantly on the verge of tears even if she wouldn't admit it. When I found her, I bound her. I firmly held her arms around her own body, holding her to herself. The moment the energy could not escape her through movement, it started to release through tears. She was tired. Utterly exhausted. She JUST wanted to go to sleep. Frizzy, the anxious girl… was my fear of death. And this “part” of me had taken it upon herself to be responsible for survival. Frizzy, the anxious girl, is the Evil Queen’s slave…

These parts of me, these characters within my psyche and consciousness have been here all of my life. They have been active in their roles, the root of my conflicts, the source of my belief systems, and the weight of my heart. But in early 2023, something unfathomable happened in my life that I would never wish upon anyone… It was something that genuinely happened “to me”, and for the first time in my life, I didn’t know how I would get through. But the gift that came out of it was incredible. This one event awakened an emotion in me that I have only felt a select few times in my life. Anger. It was Anger that awakened within me that day. It was something that was far more powerful and protective than her warning and her “training”. It was Anger that allowed me to discover this dark Queen within me. It was Anger that allowed me to stop her… To say, no more, in whatever way my consciousness needed. She needed to go.

The sad girl I’ve always known suddenly became an angry woman.

All of a sudden, I had access to something that felt foreign. A f*ck no. A boundary.

Anger freed me. And anger freed her. Anger gave us something to fight with. Anger prepared us with weapons and shields. Anger ate the anxiety.

Cleared the toxicity. Anger protected the fear. It was Anger that introduced me to the Mean Girl for the first time. The Dark Queen… The emotion of Anger allowed me to find her. It was time for her to go. I knocked her out. I bound her. I allowed it to be fierce. I allowed it to be strong. It was violent, but in my imagination, it needed to happen. No one else could take away “our” power…. If SHE had it all. And the truth is, she went through so much for me… she is the one that held ALL the pain so that the other parts of me did not have to.

She is the one that stored all the darkness. That kept all the memories. That held the secrets of darkness and evil. She is the one that shielded me from all of the harm that could happen in this world. She was ultimately, so strong. Stronger than I even know.

Strong to hold all of this darkness, all of this fear, to suck it in and store it so it didn’t infiltrate into the rest of me… to give me a chance at not feeling what SHE felt…. All along she was trying to protect me.

You have to have that self-intimacy and self-love in order to allow someone else to give that to you, and for you to receive it fully. The moral of this story is, you are the only one who can give you the love you desire. The lesson is, that you are capable of it. I see you and I know the fear you have inside of you does not want you to get hurt again, but, in healing and trusting your intuition, you connect to your Higher Self, Over Soul and God– Consciousness. If you can listen to those aspects of yourself, there is no need to fear or obtain control. You sink into surrender and allow your blessings to flow to you, to alchemize within you. You are worthy. I hope you find the love for yourself that I have found, for that is my most infinite treasure. It took me almost forty years to get here, but it’s better late than never and all in Divine Timing. The Mess & The Masterpiece

Focus on your mind’s eye as you read these words.

See her wholeness. Captivating the energies of sensuality.

Dripping in the essence of her Eros. Totally connected and in complete sovereignty. A women ignited with her inner fire is one who burns from the Womb.

Healing her lineage and embodying her inner slut, the source of passion, creativity, desires and potency. Her skin glistens, and the music she dances can turn anyone on. You have this vision, I know now, but what you don’t see is that woman’s face, in your own.

Desire drives everything we do, but it the ultimate taboo. To the point where even in our wildest imagination, we can visualize someone else taking on that role, but never ourselves. Society’s portrayal of outer beauty leaves us in constant feelings of lack and not being enough, but the truth is that we are born with that fire and the only one responsible for putting it out is ourselves.

When I started to recognize that I was judging myself on other people’s standards instead of my own, and really looked in the mirror, I saw someone different. I saw me.

The version that was birthed by the Womb, not shaped by society. The fully bare, raw, primal, wild, masterpiece.

The most beautiful image was the fullness of self. The imperfections, flaws, unique features that only I could see.

Seeing the mess for what it was, the truth. Seeing that shame only existed in the outer shell, but the sensual power that was underneath is the power of the divine feminine. The mess is the beauty of a human, her ability to not have it all together. The lessons learned from the spiral paths of mistakes. The cyclical nature of her body connecting to nature and the seasons of our lives.

Desire draws us to experiences, and sparks the divine within.

The chaotic, free spirit that thrives and awakens within us when we embrace ourselves without shame, guilt or fear.

Desire is Bliss, making you aware that it exists. Free to be individually beautiful, and not falling in the lines of someone elses picture. This is your challenge for the ultimate self love and self care. Setting her free.

Women are sensuous beings.. when we release comparison and look inwards, we turn the global disconnect into our own divine masterpiece.

Bring that image back up in your mind, and begin to see that picture through your own eyes.

Seeing what she sees, hearing what she hears, feeling what she feels.

Total embodiment is possible now.

ree yourself of the burdens of a closed heart. Revitalize your capacity to love by embracing self-love and freeing yourself from past heartaches.

The only reason we avoid deeply intimate relationships is that we fear that we may repeat the case of losing it all again, and if we would just play it surface level, we may actually be okay if we are left heartbroken and abandoned 'all over again.'

I used to live in anticipation of loss. 24/7. Things would get so good, then I'd sabotage it all or go on a three-week isolation bender to reenact my childhood traumas. Do you do that? Like, avoid the deeper meaningfulness? Do you start stuttering at the thought of getting deeper with your partner?

And, actually going for it. Let me ask you, when you're with your boo thang and things are about to get real... do you get all weird and unworthy? I feel that. A lot. And it used to haunt me into pushing my partner away until I realized how much our relationship was really trying to show me.

In a lot of cases, we all have what it takes to become a good partners. But when two entirely different humans with their own respective stories come together to co-exist in love and passion, well... life gets real. And, I've read all the latest and classic girlfriend's book on how to get a high-value man to commit. But my nearly decade-long relationship with the boy I've been blessed to watch become a man, If only we knew what lay on the other side of the potential and heartbreak. Real love. Open-hearted, whole and present, real and innocent love.

Look around you. Most of you have so much love surrounding you… right now. You know it caresses you in every particle of the universe.

You know that you are only ever a particle of love.

Gratitude has become one of my greatest forms of prayer. When my subconscious and emotional body are ridden in fear or shame of past love programming, I resort to gratitude and total prayer. I feel like gratitude states to the universe that even if I am attached and afraid of losing it, I am so grateful for what I have and the fact that I have it now.

I could write a million other columns on what it’s like to navigate union and the beautiful yet vivid mirrorship that comes with living in love with another human. All I feel left to tell you is to surrender it all. Give it all to God. All your fears. All your blessings. All your sacred dreams and deepest heartbreaks. Let it all go, to God. Because in truth, that’s who you’re ever truly in union with. Life and what it has to offer you.

And so you’ll so in life in direct proportion to your relationships how open your heart is to love! The close you get with another human, the clearer you see where your heart is at. You don’t need to repeat past lessons to understand the love you have now. Just choose it. Choose to love what you have now for as long as you may have.

Cleanse your heart, energy, and emotions of past relationships.

Cultivate positive relationships and open yourself to meeting your divine soulmate.

Love both the divine and human aspects in yourself and others.

Trust your heart, rely on gratitude and prayer, and surrender everything to God. Recognize the abundance of love surrounding you and choose to love what you have now.

The closer you are with others, the clearer your heart's state will become.

Let go of past lessons and choose to honor the love that is present now.
