Courtesy Cedar Grove Elks ast Sunday March 8th, The Cedar Grove NJ Elks #2237 hosted its 13th Annual St. Baldrick’s Foundation “Shave a thon” to help Conquer Childhood Cancer. 22 shavees (including one lady) came from 17 towns around the area with the farthest coming in from Florida. Shavees go online to www.stBaldricks.org and register their heads on the Cedar Grove Elks SB event. Donations are collected online, per mail and in person at the Shave a thon, and can continue to be received for a full year from the date of the event. Helene Rosso & Marie Bevilaqua, licensed hair buzzing specialists, from the Point After Salon in Woodland Park, have donated their time for the past seven years, skillfully separating the hair from these generous shavees.
