Sacrifice of Service By Daniel SAHYOUN

“I AM going to miss being there on ANZAC Day,”Corporal Sean Sullivan told News Of The Area. Sean is a RAAF Avionics Technician based at Williamtown and is currently on deployment. His wife Ren, and daughters Josie, Annie, Polly

and Mindy, will be proudly attending local ANZAC services in his honour. “We are very proud of the job that he does,” Ren said. “It is really important to show our support to all people who have served, and to the people who are currently serving.”

Founder Marcus Westbury’s aim with the project was to find artists, cultural projects and community groups to use and maintain these buildings until they become commercially viable or are redeveloped. The model has been replicated around the world with great success. “We have begun using the role model here in the Nelson Bay CBD and it is working well,” Ryan Palmer, President of Tomaree Business Chamber told Bay News of CONTINUED Page 2
