VGT in illinois is a great success story for us and we continue to replace existing units and be the game of choice to add that 6th position. We are getting into Pennsylvania VGT’s and adding licenses in mississippi and Colorado by the end of this year, which spells exponential growth for us.

We have a large global team, but we are small in the Us, so we can move and react quickly to market opportunities. Oklahoma has been another good growth market for us. We have a reputation in north america of being the fair and smart choice. Our goal is to continually identify our customers’

needs and show them that we have games and solutions to meet those needs quickly. Our customers know us for premium play games at a fair value with great service. We ofer them premium products at reasonable price points. We do what we say long after the deal is closed. Our business is still about long-term relationships. hoW have your operations evolved over time in the us?

We started as a distributor of Class iii games only. We have evolved into a full service provider with casino management systems, player recognition systems, sports betting solutions, eTG‘s Class iii, progressives, and VGT product lines. We have a small and nimble team of seasoned executives that help us to enter new segments quickly.

What are your most successful products in the us?

in Class iii, we saw initial success with asian Fortunes, and have had great success over the past months with Voodoo Fortunes on the Panthera Curve 1.43 and V.i.P. Lounge Curve 1.43. Voodoo Fortunes continues to do well in every location and it’s a must have product. Our Thunder Cash Link has taken installation numbers to another level as we continue

to roll out that product across north america, including our latest installations in Canada. Our sports betting kiosk is a staple as we have partnered with signiicant software providers and have participated in signiicant openings and expansions for companies like Rivers, Penn national, seminoles and others who want to get into action quickly using our proven kiosk solution. We are easy to do business with for almost every category, but sports betting has been a good opportunity for us. Finally, we have strong presence and performance in the illinois VGT market. With our new player recognition system, novo Rewards, which is a custom system created based on our CRm system myaCP, and working in tandem with our partners we can create exactly what they need. Our multi-suite magic Games HD games are doing quite well and we are introducing new suites of games into Pennsylvania for more customer choice.

Our team in the Us have been working with several stakeholders through this process and can use this to help advise operators. What are your most successful products in the us?

it’s hard to pick a favorite. in certain jurisdictions around the world, we are limited to only selling a portion of our product portfolio, but in the Us, we are able to sell nearly all of our products. They have all been well-received by our Us customers.

What Were the most significant changes you have seen in the industry in the last five years?

There have been quite a few changes. We’ve seen the industry move towards more cloud-based rather than on-premise technology, we’ve seen an increase in security threats to inancial transactions, we’ve seen increasing interest in new data analytics technologies, we’ve seen increased reliance on cashless payment solutions, and much more. We strive to always be on the cutting edge of these new technologies, and to deliver only the best and most reliable solutions to our customers, who have come to depend on us for this very reason.

nrt pArtnErS with StrEnduS Strendus and NRT signed a partnership deal that has resulted in triple-digit customer engagement improvements for Strendus. Part of the Logrand Entertainment Group in Mexico, Strendus sought to deploy new marketing and engagement strategies to reward their players in exciting ways and drive additional revenue. To do that, the company turned to NRT, which acquired the award-winning OferCraft engagement platform in early 2018.

NRT’s OferCraft gamiication engine allows gaming, hospitality and entertainment operators to incorporate skill-based and chance-based gaming experiences into their emails, social media, advertising and other marketing channels. These include things like digital trivia games, pick-awinner games, soccer games, scratch games and more. The software also incorporates interactive rewards that can be swapped or changed even after being distributed.

Cecilia Murillo, Marketing Manager at Strendus, explained that with so many options in the market, it can be challenging to keep registered players loyal to one brand: “We liked how NRT’s team analyzed the customer psychology behind engagement, and we liked their track record of building successful engagement campaigns for other operators. They actually created diferent personalized games that closely matched preferences across our large and diverse set of customers. The results were excellent.”

Strendus ran multiple A/B tests to observe the impact of incorporating the gamiied incentives versus their standard incentives. The OferCraft-powered campaigns continually outperformed the traditional initiatives by wide margins.

“One of the toughest-to-reach audiences are customers who have stopped visiting and interacting with us. So one of our irst OferCraft campaigns was aimed at this audience. We were able to increase the click-through rate from 11% to 54% — a 490% improvement. Once we saw many of our inactive customers coming back and playing again on our website, we began adding gamiication to many more of our other campaigns,” said Murillo.

What is your vision about the us market?

The United states is very interesting because of its magnitude and potential turnover. However, it is also a hypermature market, so entry barriers are much higher than in other parts of the world, which seems perfect. You have to be extremely well prepared with top-notch products to compete successfully in the Us. in zitro we meet both criteria and that is why we are already installing the irst banks in the state of Florida, just a few months ago.

We are closely monitoring everything related to these facilities. everything is working as planned, so i hope that during the next months we will continue to expand our presence there. hoW have your operations evolved over time in the us, latin america and europe?

We are currently in a phase of very intense expansion and far superior to what we might expect. Then there are the socio-economic and political challenges, which are obviously very diferent depending on the jurisdiction we speak. Therefore, generalizing the challenges is practically impossible. What all markets do have in common, is that the purchases are based on the performance of the machines. Casino managers use increasingly sophisticated tools to monitor and analyze each of the machines installed in their rooms, and thus ensure the highest proitability per unit. it is, therefore, our ultimate scoop to create the best products on the market. it is the only way to succeed anywhere in the world.

What are the main demands of your customers?

as i said, what all our customers are looking for are products that provide them with the best performance for their own companies and maximum entertainment for their customers:

Jurgen De munck: Our company was established well over a decade ago in Belgium, with us opening our Lima oice in 2012, followed by oices in mexico, Paraguay and Uruguay over the last 18 – 24 months. i mention our mexican and Latam oices in particular, as they are the very reason we are at G2e. alex stiglich: Las Vegas, as an attraction, aside from its physical location, and G2e itself, provides me with an ideal opportunity to engage and entertain existing and prospective customers, and meet new ones. We do some really good business out of the show, and attending is a simple non-negotiable. alfredo moreno: The value in attending G2e is the same for me. it is even closer for my customers; and in my view, as one of the top 2 gaming exhibitions in the world, it is without a doubt an event we have to attend. aside from your mexican and latam businesses jurgen, What sort of global spread does drgt enjoy?

Jm: in addition to alfredo and alex's businesses in Peru, mexico, Colombia, Uruguay, and Paraguay, we also operate directly across europe and africa through oices in south africa, Belgium, austria and malta, and indrectly across asia through our long-standing customer and partner RGB international. at present we operate across over 50 countries and on over 60,000 devices globally.

What are the main products driving this groWth?

referring specifically to your management system, i believe it has had some major developments done to better cater for the tables market?

Jm: We are a systems company, it remains the core of of what the bulk of our development and product scope is built around. We are continually researching new technologies and adding features and products to our system in order to better enable casino operators to measure, manage and reward their players better. Whilst ease-of-use and functionality (and lexibility) are integral to our systems success, so is robustness. aside from our management system itself, our BlackJack11's tables jackpot game continues to generate signiicant player interest, and as a result opertor revenues, which in turn has driven demand. Finally i

as: slots have always been at the forefront of management systems development based simply on the technology they use. Table games on the other hand remain very manual and labour intensive, which has it’s positives and negatives: it creates great customer engagement opportunities, but as technology progressed, that personal touch was lost as tables staf spent more and more time having to manually capture game play data. Our Tables management system now seamlessly integrates tables game play data into our accounting, cage and reporting modules, as a result afording operators the ability to recoup

that much needed time for staf to actually engage with players. We’re now also able to ofer double loyalty points to players of our side-bet jackpot games; ultimately getting ever closer to the kind of functionaity and rewards available to slots players and slots managers. alfredo, jurgen referred to blackjack11's' popularity, have you seen this trend locally in mexico too?

am: We have; the response has been fantastic. as an ex-operator, i can really see why the game is doing so well. it really is just so easy and fast to learn and play. We currently have 7 tables installed across some of the miravalle Group’s casinos, a number which we expect to increase signiicantly across the rest of the Group soon, adding to what already is a list of in excess of 50 new BlackJack11’s tables requests across a number of mexican operators’ casinos. Our Tables management system that alex referred to earlier has also now started to gain traction in mexico. aside from your blackjack11's tables jackpot game, your slots jackpot technology is alWays Well received, there have been tWo really big Wins

Jm: Yes there have been; in early June just over 2 million swiss francs was won at Grand Casino Basel, that equates to just over UsD2 million, and then in may, sun international's Boardwalk Casino in Port elizabeth paid the biggest jackpot in south africa in 25 years on our sunstriker Wide-area Progressive (WaP) of just over zaR3.3 million (approximately UsD215,000). as an aside, the sunstriker WaP was installed across the sun international Group in 2014, and to date has not endured a single second of down-time; add to that the fact that our biggest WaP client operates our jackpot technology across 5,000 eGms and over 100 locations, and we really do have a compelling (and robust) jackpot story to tell. noW that you mention south africa jurgen; it Was one of the initial global jurisdictions to implement cashless gaming as far back as the late 1990s. you'll be part of a discussion in this regard on thursday 17 october at g2e, right?

Jm: Yes that is quite correct. i'll be joining an international panel on Thursday 17 October at

12:30 under the topic: “implementing Cashless and Cardless systems”. Our integrated RFiD and nFC card loyalty and management system technology remains one of our success stories. i hope to be able to share some valuable insights in to what to look out for, and how to implement cashless and cardless technology efectively and eiciently. The fact that i'll be joined by operators who are already reaping these technology beneits will without a doubt provide for some ubiased, insightful and valuable learnings for attendees. any final comments ahead of october's shoW?

Jm: One last product i'd like to mention is our integrated loyalty and player registration access gate. The drGate was an extremely popular show piece at iCe in London, and it will be on display again in Las Vegas. Outside of it's primary access control function, it provides operators with a further engagement opportunity; another means to “suprise and delight” their players - either as they enter, or as they exit the casino, with individually tailored, or group-based, special ofers, advertising, bonus games or rewards.

That’s a big question with a lot of answers. We recently marked 30 years of service to the gaming industry, and our irst contracts were in the Us. The technical standard, which has been adopted by several state, lottery and tribal regulators, represents the most highly developed set of technical requirements and practices available for sports wagering systems today. it has been exciting to see operators across the Us successfully deploy sports betting, and we continue to help regulators, operators, and suppliers move forward in this area.

What are the main demands of your customers?

Quality. Whether we’re talking about suppliers who need quality testing so they can sell their products, or regulators who need quality testing so they can maintain the public trust, or operators who need quality testing so they can maintain compliance and provide their guests with fair and honest gaming experiences. it all comes back to quality, and no matter the type of gaming or where the customer is in the world, we are passionate about delivering the highest quality anywhere and everywhere.

What are the company’s goals for the end of 2019 and the start of 2020?

First, we want to ensure that our valued clientele is ready to grasp

and succeed in opportunities as and when they present themselves in all areas of land-based, lottery and/ or digital gaming. For that reason, we will continuously re-invest into having subject matter experts in all areas pertaining to regulated gaming. second, we want to ensure that we always protect the highest quality of testing that we perform. Cutting corners to win bids is not what GLi has ever been about. That’s not what suppliers or operators deserve, it’s not what the regulators who accredit us as a lab deserve, and it’s certainly not what the end-consumers as gaming patrons deserve. GLi is better than that, and the industry is well beyond that. Third, a continuous focus on reduced testing so that we deliver on-time and within budget. nowadays, it’s more important than ever to come through on your promises as a testing laboratory. if a supplier, operator or regulator can’t rely on us to complete engagements as agreed to (barring unforeseeable circumstances), it is harder for them to lourish in today’s hyper-competitive gaming market. as sport betting and event wagering continues to expand in the Us, we see it as our responsibility to help suppliers, operators and regulators successfully navigate the diferent products and delivery channels that are available.

What is your analysis of the neW sports betting market in the us?

Without a doubt, in our view, sports betting is going to be one, if not the, fastest-growing market going into 2020. We anticipate an even stronger focus on sports betting through online, mobile and landbased deployment expansions into new markets. it is exciting because suppliers worldwide are innovating and increasingly looking to speak with us about how they can penetrate the Us market. it is going to be a tremendous opportunity for them as they seek opportunities in what will likely continue to be a state-by-state basis approach to regulations. To achieve this, they are looking to ind what forms of sports betting are permitted

based on jurisdictional criteria in the hopes to have a better understanding of what will lead to the path to least resistance for getting their products to numerous markets faster.

What is your vision about the groWth of online gaming in the american continent?

Our vision as an independent test lab is to ensure that as online gaming continues to grow and evolve, it will be properly tested and certiied so that the game is fair for everyone – regulators, suppliers, operators, and players. as we see online, or mobilebased sports betting be increasingly adopted in the Us, our hope is that it will enable nay-sayers to see that

other forms of online gaming can be deployed with just as robust controls around geolocation, age & identity, responsible gaming, and entertainment.

What Were the most significant changes you have seen in the industry in the last five years?

as a company, we are celebrating 30 years serving the industry, and if you would have asked this question 30, or even ive years ago, no one could have imagined the exhilarating journey that lay ahead. The gaming industry is fortunate to have the world’s most creative people working on innovative products for end-consumers. Change need not be feared, if embraced in today’s gaming market, it can be the diference between sink or swim.

This industry is continually evolving and so is GLi. in the Us at least, the land-based segment continues to

be a challenging and competitive market that is growing at a slower rate over the past ive years than in past decades. Therefore, in the americas at least the introduction of iGaming, sports betting, event wagering, and oferings like live dealer gaming, video game-based gambling, skill-based gaming, social gaming and esports, etc, cannot be overlooked as they will likely to continue to play a part in the fabric of gaming going forward.

What services Will gli be exhibiting in g2e 2019?

G2e is always very interesting for us at GLi, because we have a unique opportunity to serve the three major categories of our customers all at

the same time. suppliers are busy showing their latest innovations, and we are busy back in our labs testing and certifying their devices and systems so their customers will be able to buy certiied products from them on the gaming loor. For our regulator customers, we will be walking the show loor with them, talking about the new technologies on display, and helping regulators understand the technology as best as possible so they can make fully informed decisions about products they allow into their jurisdictions. What products Will you be exhibiting in g2e 2019?

Claudio Žlebnik: ensico Cms enables all features ofered by the newest products from the world’s largest manufacturers in the gaming industry.

We ofer a diverse range of modules: accounting, Ticketing system, Jackpot solutions, Player Tracking / Bonusing, Cashless system, Casino Reception, integration, and mobile. numerous of ensico customers were demanding a cash redemption terminals, that is why we were interested in inding a reliable partner. ensico was ofered the opportunity to develop their own CRT in cooperation with Vne to round our Casino management integration.

What is your vision about the us market?

CŽ: since our beginnings in 1998, we’ve been driven by a desire to create the world’s greatest system experience, every day. First system installation was performed in 1999 in slovenia when government started to perform casino operation monitoring. ensico was the irst system approved by government and certiied by siQ. We are GLi and siQ approved. Our vision in Us markets are mostly nevada restricted gaming licence establishments (bars and restaurants). We think that those venues would beneit from same features as of Casino management system as used in large casinos, with much smaller investment. We strongly belive that ensico Cms product portfolio can bring this venues to next level of business.

KB: Getting access to the Us market for a european producer is connected to lots of complicated and cost intensive approvals. some of the required test procedures are connected to technologies which have come in

use decades ago. Our products don´t match with them and thus our vision for the Us market is that there´ll be a liberalisation one day. Protecting a market for the locals by creating walls which are almost impossible to climb has never turned out to be productive on a mid term view.

What are the advantages of acquiring your products compared to the competition?

CŽ: ensico has over 20 years of experience in iltering Gm data, as a smaller company we grow organically with our customers. ensico ofers over 70 dedicated reports, complete Gm accounting and detailed history records. What makes us diferent from our competion is deinetly our 24/7 “live person” customer support.

KB: While many producers look at the jurisdiction and create their kiosks accordingly, Vne is looking at the vision of the operators, at the demands of the players and at the latest technoligies any time we develop a new product. This makes the diference when you look at the results. and the positive feedback we get is driving us to get even better day by day.

How have your operations evolved over time in the country?

KB: at the moment we´re reducing our Us activities to a minimum by just showing presence. We´re still listed

in nevada as supplier for associated equipment, but we don´t go forward for further approvals for now. For Vne, the Carribean and Latam market is the reason to exhibit at the G2e. We meet many of our customers just once a year at this show.

What are the main demands of your customers?

KB: Our customers ask for interactive redemption kiosks with a wide range of diferent functionalities. The more often players are frequenting Vne kiosks, the more often operators have possibilities to contact them or address customer speciic bonus ofers to them. and since Vne integrated cash handling for virtual platforms, even online players start frequenting our kiosks inside casinos again. and all our customers are aware, staying in touch with the constantly growing number of online players is essential for their land-based operations. Vne understood this message well. The Vne strategy is based on a cooperation with local distributors. it´s just italy and

spain, where we´re operating with own sales platforms. Therefor we are in the process of creating a network of Us distributors now. We already have been able to contract some, others will follow. as the demand in the Us market is fast growing, we´re also considering to move a part of our production to Us territory.

What are the company’s goals for the end of 2019 and the start of 2020?

KB: For the next months Vne is open to establish our products in several new markets. and of course we´ll integrate several new technologies, especially in the sectors of player tracking, bonussing and automated biometrical player identiication. and last but not least we of course will remain in the position of supplying modern, but very afordable products.

The biggest challenge Vne is facing at the moment is to keep in touch with each of our customers after we have added a couple of markets in the last years. The ongoing process

of improving products always requires an intense dialogue with markets and customers. Therefor we´re investing in our after sales services and marketing activities. Wherever there is automated cash handling there are security, reliabilty and cost eiciency on top of the priority lists. and it´s our goal for 2019 as well as for the upcoming years to keep each of these topics on the highest possible level.

What Were the most significant changes you have seen in the industry since entering this market?

KB: The 24/7 availability of any kind of gambling no matter where you are is the most signiicant change this business has experienced over the last decades. To keep these players frequenting casinos and arcades is the big challenge for the future.

What is your vision about the us market?

i’d say that the Us market remains the most innovative in terms of gaming hardware development, and the techniques manufacturers are using to attract younger players. a great example is the emergence of e-sports and “skill based” games, and we expect to see more exciting, touchscreen enabled systems here in the future – where players can compete against each other, in a fun, social environment rather than solitary gamblers feeding coins into slots. hoW have your operations evolved over time in the us?

We’ve supplied zytronic products to customers in the americas for many years now – predominately in the Usa. as our business has grown in the region, around 6 years ago we established a Us company (zytronic inc) and now have 3 sales/support employees located in atlanta, austin and seattle, who take care of our direct customers and channel partners.

What are your most successful products in the us?

in the Gaming sector, it’s got to be curved touch sensors. as a manufacturer with a very long history of in-house glass processing capability, we were one

of the irst producers of curved touch sensors, and to date we’ve sold in excess of forty thousand in diferent radii and sizes for a variety of customer projects.

What are the advantages of acquiring Zytronic’s products compared to the competition?

Our projected capacitive touch sensors are proven reliable over 20 years of use in some of the most extreme environments imaginable. However, in addition to their unparalleled durability, we can also uniquely tailor the design of each sensor to our customers speciic needs – from 5 to 90”, printed, curved, shaped, thin and thick glass. in fact, you name a design, and we can probably make it. and there are “no strings” i.e. the mOQ is only 1 piece, and we typically don’t charge an nRe/tooling fee per design – at most a few hundred dollars for a print mask or glass bending mould.

What are the challenges found in the us markets?

as our customers strive to make their slot machine stand out on the casino loor, the complexity of some of the new touchscreen designs we’re now seeing is mind-boggling. However, our manufacturing team are up to the challenge, and as i noted earlier, as we’ve been processing our own

glass for over 70 years now (cutting, machining, printing, toughening and bending), it really helps our customers give expression to their ideas of how players can interact with the slot machine in new ways.

What are the main demands of your customers in the us?

it’s a iercely competitive market and our customers design-cycles for new hardware development seems to get shorter each year. Fortunately, our manufacturing process is highly lexible, and we have a dedicated team of technicians who make customer prototypes day in/day out. We also design our own touch controllers and can quickly adapt these depending on speciic customer needs.

What are the company’s goals for the end of 2019 and the start of 2020?

Well, we’re continuing to invest each year in new plant and equipment at our touch sensor manufacturing facilities in the UK, and we’ve recently completed a further $500k upgrade which adds exciting new design capabilities but will also help to maximise production eiciency. in addition, our Technical team continues to innovate, and we retrench around 10% of our revenues each year into new product development.

What is your vision about the us market?

We continue to deploy into new jurisdictions in the Us and Canada.

We are now licensed in 14 states and three Canadian provinces. We are deployed in 40 casinos with 170 positions. We are also seeing regional preferences in our games, as we work with our operator customers to bring the best games for their particular player base. We are in two new state-wide ield trials, and with our bartop unit expect to expand from the casino loors of our customers into their bar areas. hoW have your operations evolved over time in the country?

We look at each market independently, evaluate the Total available market, identify and engage with casino operators with long-term view of how the gaming floor is changing over time, evaluate the licensing costs and specific technical requirements, and move to gain initial master License agreements and licensing from the applicable state and tribal jurisdictions. as we grow we are also hiring industry veterans in account executive roles, as well as expanding our technical service force as we deploy

into new jurisdictions. We already have technical service coverage in the Pacific, mountain, and Central time zones. and as we wrap up the field trials, will add into the eastern time zone.

What are the advantages of acquiring gamblit gaming’s products compared to the competition?

From what i understand our games are providing more Win Per Unit Per Day than our direct competition. We do hope that our direct competitors continue to grow and gain more placements to continue to provide more options for operators.

What are the challenges found in the us markets?

One of the biggest challenges i think all eGm providers face is the decrease in footprint/budgets for leased games. We started with Gross Gaming Revenue share deals, have moved to daily lease fee deals, but the budget for operators continues to shrink. it’s currently about 9% of the floor on average, but i spoke recently with several operators taking their floor down to only 3% of the floor. in our case, this is particularly tough

since our games are new. We like to share the risk and rewards with our operator customers, so the revenue share lease approach has been good. We hear the market though, and so now we will be providing our bartop unit in a revenue share, daily lease fee, or outright purchase model. We’ll start with the bartop and gauge reaction from the operators.

What are the main demands of your customers in the country?

i think the customer drop into two markets really. Those who will only focus on WPUD, and those who still want performance but also see that providing more options on their casino loors keeps a patron in the casino longer, and opens a new revenue generation opportunity.

What are the company’s goals for the end of 2019 and the start of 2020?

We will remain focused on the Us and Canada. We will continue to expand our footprint both into new jurisdictions and expanding within our current ones. We will bring more games through to market so that we can get the right games to the right players per market.

We have done that. now our strategy is to go wider and deeper in the industry with expansion into new territories like maryland, Connecticut, new mexico, Oklahoma and other lucrative territories. We will also expand our licensed locations ofering a much richer set of product and service oferings, which we have built up over the last 18 months.

Look for Bluberi to appear in 20+ new territories in the Us market including route markets.

most successful products in the Us market are the b.POD games launched about 18 months ago. Player overhead display format games are considered premium slot games. Our library is growing each quarter with the current library at 20 games. i Like Big Bucks, our irst premium licensed title, has taken the industry by surprise as a truly immersive game experience. Our new novus b27 and b49 cabinets are making their way into our customer base with exciting results.

With the increase of new casino openings in the Us, the addition of competition across all manufactures ofering bigger, brighter, bells & whistles keeps us on our toes. Building the perfect math model to keep players at the machine has always been the holy grail.

Bluberi understands its customers and their evolving needs. Providing new technology with new games is a constant, not a one-time event. We also want to help our customers with their legacy investments, providing compelling packages to trade in older tech for new exciting titles and cabinets. Bluberi has been steadily growing its operations in Canada and the Usa with expansion focused on top talent in Las Vegas, the hub of gaming in the Usa. We have also expanded our eGm manufacturing in the Usa through high end manufacturing and assembly companies and through our own distribution center in Las Vegas. Our operations have grown signiicantly in the past few years, especially in our Las Vegas oice. since 2017, our tech department has doubled, making room for a talented team of software engineers in southern nevada, which we call our software Center of excellence.
