Jesus Christ is: (Rev. 19:10 For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.”) Jesus fulfilled the ceremony of the ‘Passover’ and now we commemorate his fulfillment of the propitiation, that is He provided the only perfect sacrifice for sin and in such a way that all the predictor passages in Holy scripture were accomplished. After the crucifixion and resurrection Jesus would proclaim to His followers: (Luke 24:44-45, Then He said to them, “These are the words which I spoke to you while I was still with you, that all things must be fulfilled which were written in the Law of Moses and the Prophets and the Psalms concerning Me.” And He opened their understanding, that they might comprehend the Scriptures.) With that said we are still left with the most difficult statement about eating His flesh and drinking His blood. Jesus Christ explains to those who remain, (John 6:63, It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life.) Being born in the flesh yet accomplishing in such a way as to give everlasting life in the spirit. Seek ye first the kingdom of God and He will add all to your life. Pastor Bill Bracken
