You see, Herod was a descendant of the Moabites and had already overseen the rebuilding of the Temple of God that bore his family name. Prophecy is alive all around us, some pleasant and some not so much. Share the Love of Jesus today.

Betty Jean Wilson, 90, of Stanberry, MO passed away Wednesday, December 27, 2023 at her home. Betty was born August 6, 1933 in Pickering, Nodaway County, Missouri the daughter of Irvin Lloyd and Lois Pearl (Harvey) Treese. On September 18, 1951, she married Burton Wilson in Fayette, MO. He preceded her in death on May 19, 2022. She was also preceded in death by her parents; brother, Kenneth Treese and son-in-law, Terry Raymond. Betty worked as a Registered Nurse for Albany Hospital, Pineview Manor and for Dr. Carlin’s office in Stanberry for many years. She was a member of the First Christian Church in Stanberry, MO. Betty played the piano at the church and also for the Pineview Manor. She dearly loved her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Survivors include her four daughters, Sandi Gerhart, Albany, MO, Shirley (Herb) Talmadge and Sonia (Gale) Misemer both of St. Joseph, MO and Stacy Raymond, Stanberry, MO; 8 grandchildren, Brooke, Natalie, Kristin, Sam, Elliott, Madeleine, Jonathan and Lucas; 12 great-grandchildren, Bailey, Lexi, Jax, Grayson, Olivia, Collins, Atley, Emerson, Kinzlee, Rory, Granger, and Wrynlee; brother, Charles Treese, Valdosta, GA and many nieces and nephews. Memorial Services were held Wednesday, January 3, 2024 at the First Christian Church, Stanberry, MO under the direction of Roberson Funeral Home, Stanberry, MO. Inurnment followed in High Ridge Cemetery, Stanberry, MO. Memorials may be made to the First Christian Church, and/or Stanberry Senior Center in care of Roberson Funeral Home, P.O.
