It was a great honor and a big suprise. Through the years, I have appreciated and enjoyed your in-store promotions and demonstrations, along with the beef selling contest between the three Gentry County grocery stores. I would like to acknowledge the cow-calf, backgrounders and feedlot operators for producing a choice product. As a retailer, it was my job to properly cut and display various cuts of beef, to keep it fresh, and keep the case full of choice beef. In addition, it was my job to sell the beef at a competitive price to the consumer.
