To make an appointment for the Albany location, call 660-582-8101. Those who qualify are people who generally make $60,000 or less per year, persons with disabilities, and limited English speaking taxpayers. GENTRY COUNTY K-9

Well, it’s that time again. As most of you know, the Gentry County K-9 unit is funded by donations. We’re hoping to get an earlier start this year and not be scrambling right before training time. With that being said, I want to thank our biggest supporters, Last Chance Relocators and Midwest Creations. These two companies have donated several thousand dollars and a lot of time to supporting K-9 Jesse. We also want to thank everybody who has donated and helped us have a successful 2022 year! Going forward, we’re looking at new ways to raise money. Without the public’s help, this would not be possible. We are open to ideas for fundraisers. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. We have looked into the idea of selling shirts throughout the year. And, as always, any monetary donations can be dropped off to the Gentry County Clerk, or to any Sheriff’s Deputy. Thank you again, and we are looking forward to serving Gentry County in the 2023 year.

Nova is a 2 - 3 year old Husky & German Shepherd Mix. Right now she would be better as the only dog in the household, but we are trying to socialize her more through play groups.

Buddy is a 3 year old mix breed. Buddy does get along with other dogs. He is very playful and has a sweet personality. Buddy is up to date on his rabies and distemper/parvo vaccinations. He is still fully intact and weighs 40 pounds.

Wednesday is a mixed breed female that is 1-1/2 to 2 years old. She has recently been spayed and is up todate on her vaccinations. She weighed only 18 pounds when she first came in and now she weighs 30 pounds. When Wednesday was brought in she was very shy and scared of her new surroundings. She has really opened up, is a very playful dog and gets along well with other dogs.

(2 Peter 3:14-16, Therefore, beloved, looking forward to these things, be diligent to be found by Him in peace, with out spot and blameless; and consider that the longsuffer ing of our Lord is salvation—as also our beloved brother Paul, according to the wisdom given to him, has written to you, as also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things, in which are some things hard to understand, which untaught and unstable people twist to their own destruc tion, as they do also the rest of the Scriptures.) As a teacher of the Bible, I’m in awe of those who deny the inerrancy of Holy Scriptures in order to suit a particular morality. Yes, the Bible is about morality; the set of values a person holds dear as being righteous and holy contrasted to those things which are an abomination and would be displeasing to God. To those who claim Jesus Christ it’s becoming obvious to the lyrics to the old Hymn, ‘This world is not my home I’m just a passing through, my treasures are laid up somewhere beyond the blue’. ( 2 Cor 4:4, whose minds the god of this age has blinded, who do not believe) (John 14:30, for the ruler of this world is coming, and he has nothing in Me.) Jesus said that the ruler of this world has nothing to do with him. Paul said that the god of this age has blinded the minds so that they would not believe that Jesus is the Christ. When mainstream media produces, promotes and applauds demonic worship that is broadcast across America, I am grieved. No, I did not watch but through social media was made aware of the blatant glorification of unrighteous ness. As a Christian we should hold dear the scriptures: (1 Tim 3:16, God was manifested in the flesh, Justified in the Spirit, Seen by angels, Preached among the Gentiles, Believed on in the world, Received up in glory.) (Luke 22:69, the Son of Man sits on the right hand of the power of God.”)(1 Tim 2:5 For there is one God and one Mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus,) As we see these things come to pass remember: Peter 1:15, but as He who called you is holy, you also be holy in all your conduct).

Premier Leadership. Personal Growth. Career Success.

“Future Farmers of America” – today known as the National FFA Organization – was founded by a group of young farmers in 1928. Their mission was to prepare future generations for the challenges of feeding a growing population. They taught us that agriculture is more than planting and harvesting – itʼs a science, itʼs a business and itʼs an art.

Today, more than 850,823 student members aged 12-21 in more than 8,995 chapters nationwide are engaged in a wide range of agricultural education activities. Students join FFA to explore a variety of careers in the food, fiber and natural resources industry. They are the next generation of leaders.
