Housing Housing isn’t just four walls and a roof. It’s an opportunity to form bonds, ease the transition from home to college, learn to appreciate differences, and make new friends for life. Our five residences extend from Greenwich Village to Chelsea and offer a nurturing, supportive environment for every student as well as many social, educational, and cultural activities. Housing is available for all incoming freshmen who apply by the priority deadline.

The priority deadline to apply for housing is June 15 for fall and December 1 for spring.

Financial Aid The New School is for students from a variety of backgrounds.
