End of year thesis project for MPS Fashion Management
Our project presents a comprehensive strategic overview of Nazeerah, a contemporary fashion label specializing in regeneratively sourced cotton and committed to sustainability. We conducted an in-depth analysis of the brand’s existing business structure, examining sourcing, manufacturing, distribution, and marketing processes to identify key challenges and areas of opportunity.
Using our findings, we developed an integrated strategy designed to support Nazeerah’s growth while remaining aligned with its core values and aesthetic. The strategy is supported by a suite of original visual assets created to reflect the brand’s identity and bring our proposed initiatives to life across digital and physical touchpoints.
