How to make your drinks a little more festive

eed to add a little fa-la-la-la-la to your libations? Want to stay warm on cold winter nights? Keep your “spirits” up with these holiday cocktail ideas:

● If you’re the type who likes your white mocha on the minty side, try a White Russian with KahlÚa peppermint mocha liqueur. The Dude would abide. ● For the brunch set, replace the OJ in your mimosa with cranberry juice. ● Unless you’re Martha Stewart, don’t bother making egg nog from scratch. Just add bourbon, brandy and/or rum to a storebought carton. ● Like sangria? Mulled wine is the winter version! Hot or cold, red or white, it’s fruity and spicy with a dash of citrus. ● Want something to keep your hands warm? Hot buttered rum will do just that. Like the name suggests, it’s a pat of butter, with a shot or two of rum, spiced up and watered down. ● Channel the Grinch with a classic Midori sour.
