Although it’s important to plan ahead so you can book the venue and services, he says to avoid overplanning. With children’s parties, it’s important to be flexible. Don’t try to make the party perfect. Instead, establish an environment where kids can relax and have fun. Planning a party with too many details can cause stress because kids rarely do what’s expected. It’s also important to give kids choices and not assume all kids enjoy doing the same things.
