157% increase in social media audience reach and 325% increase in website event engagement from the previous year driving stronger member engagement
17 major initiatives completed, and 12 listening sessions hosted, advancing economic growth and setting the stage for future progress.
$305,015 raised through the Total Resource Campaign and $400,000+ in digital aid funding provided to 70+ small businesses, fueling innovation and resilience.

Enabled the Chamber to enhance member services, launch innovative programs, and invest in initiatives that foster community partnerships and member success.
Coweta Works
Relaunch:
Connected
2,100+ 8th graders with career pathways, helping them make informed high school decisions and preparing a skilled future workforce.
Building Connections:
Hosted 164 networking/ engagement programs/alliances/ record-breaking 68 ribbon cutting ceremonies, bringing together over 6,400 attendees to foster relationships, share ideas, and drive growth.
Driving Growth and Collaboration:
The Forward Coweta Summit brought leaders together to explore best practices in community and talent development, while Idea Exchanges and Coweta Way Visioning sessions set the stage for future growth and strategic planning.
Record-Breaking Total Resource Campaign Success:
The TRC raised over $305,000, surpassing the campaign goal and last year’s sales by 20%, engaging 160 members, and energizing nearly 40 volunteers This milestone strengthened community connections and delivered exceptional member value
Signature Events and Programming:
In 2024, the Chamber’s standout events, from the record-breaking 39th Annual Golf Classic and inaugural Pickle Fest Pickleball Tournament to impactful Catalyst Series and Talk of the Town and State of the Community Luncheons drove record engagement and generated more than $300,000 in net profit, fostering connections and celebrating community progress.
Empowering Local Businesses:
The Chamber’s Small Business Digital Aid program closed out with more than $400,000 in funding provided to 70+ businesses, helping them modernize and thrive in a digital-first economy.
Membership Growth:
The Chamber welcomed 160 new members (exceeding budgeted goals by 30%), achieving an almost 4% growth and solidifying its role as a vital force in fostering a strong and connected business community.

What’s new for 2025:
• Launching reimagined Coweta Safety Alliance bringing local businesses, public safety officials, and community leaders to address safety concerns, share best practices, and foster a culture of proactive safety measures.
• Hosting our 40th Annual Golf Classic on May 7th, celebrating 1985, the year the magic began!



• Launching brand new Business Advocacy Alliance to amplify the voice of our business community and help shape a stronger, more prosperous business environment in our community.
• Hosting a Member Listening Tour to better understand needs, challenges, and priorities and drive meaningful progress together.
• Launching Businesswomen’s Purpose Alliance, a reimagined initiative to empower women in business, foster collaboration, and drive professional growth while equipping women to lead with confidence and purpose.

DidYou Know?
• The Newnan-Coweta Chamber helped establish the Coweta Community Foundation, which continues to make a lasting impact on local nonprofits and community programs.
• The Newnan-Coweta Chamber initiated Communities in Schools, which was rebranded in January 2020 as ELEVATE Coweta Students, which continues to empower local youth, fostering a well-educated workforce and contributing to the county’s economic vitality.
• The Newnan-Coweta Chamber was named the 2015 National Chamber of the Year, the first chamber in Georgia to receive this national distinction. In 2024, the Chamber was named a National Chamber of the Year finalist.
