The letter to the reader is typically the last piece submitted before we print an issue of THRIVE. Each issue solidifies as the carefully crafted pieces are strung together, married by the addition of complementary photographs and sidebars, and made complete by an introduction. Early Friday morning, my finger hovered over the “send” button just as word came in that large swaths of Coweta County suffered unimaginable losses after a destructive EF4 tornado roared through our community.
