Steep Rock Association September Round Up:
This month we are excited to be partnering with Steep Rock Association, a land trust whose mission is to conserve significant landscapes in and around Washington, CT and to enhance the community’s connection to nature.
Take your pre-workout snack to a fall level by adding just a few things to your Griddle N’Grind. Maybe you missed out on Witch’s Whey this year, but you don’t have to miss out on pumpkin pancakes!
INGREDIENTS:
• 2 scoops Griddle N’Grind Chocolate Chip Pancake & Waffle Mix
• 1/3 C. milk
• 1 t. cinnamon
• 1 t. pumpkin pie spice
• 2 T. pumpkin puree
DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix all ingredients in a shaker. Shake until well combined.
2. Add nonstick spray or butter to a pan. Cook pancakes over medium high heat for 60-90 seconds on each side.
3. Enjoy!
