Centers within the portfolio are tracked with location analytics that allow management to view visitor traffic patterns to better allocate resources and evaluate data to analyze ROI after improvements, new store openings, marketing programs or other initiatives.

Third-party owners benefit from the Datex portal which tracks financial performance indicators over the breadth of the portfolio, including average operating expenses, occupancy costs, vacancy factors and tenant sales trends, among many performance benchmarks.
