WHO WE ARE A passionate group of active business leaders from the greater Los Angeles area, we are innately curious and are dedicated to personal and professional growth - with our educational programming winning global awards. We value authenticity and all relationships are built on a foundation of trust and respect. YPOPCG is a Chapter where spouses/partners are members too. YPOPCG creates the intimacy of Forum throughout the entire chapter experience for each and every member. We are better together and believe our approach sets the standard for other YPOG Chapters globally.

OUR MISSION To create a dynamic environment for those who join and are committed to building a closely connected, diverse, and engaged Chapter experience. Our focus is to inclusively share lifelong and business learning, with the purpose of collective and individual discovery and growth. We do this with determination and forethought to include our families and peers in a positive, engaging and stimulating way.

CHAPTER VALUE PROPOSITION 1
A closely age banded group, from 48-56 yrs old, who share similar life experiences and challenges.

Our intention is to cap membership around 75 members, enabling us to stay an intimate group.

A strong and active Educational Calendar.

A high level of spouse/partner and children involvement. We encourage all spouses/partners to join a Spousal Forum. YPOPCG plans to engage more actively with YNG.

Forum participation is mandatory within one year of membership. To us it is the backbone of the YPO Gold Experience.

We are looking for potential members who are still involved in their businesses, or are actively participating in a worthwhile venture - and down-to-earth and humble.

A high-level of participation in the YPOPCG Chapter is required: • Day Chairing • EC Participation • Offering resources which will help us grow, and contribute to the invaluable experiences for all members.
