The Rio Grande Valley Builders Association (RGVBA) is proud to present homes from some of the area’s finest home builders participating in our 2023 Parade of Homes, a proven builder event for over 51 years. This annual event is scheduled to take place during June 3-4 & 10-11 and will feature homes of all sizes, architectural styles, designs, and budgets in various new home communities located in cities across the Rio Grande Valley.

This two-weekend Parade of Homes event is perfect for those shopping for a new home and for RGVBA builder members to showcase their Parade homes to a multitude of potential homebuyers in a short period of time. In-person visits will offer great opportunities for talking one-on-one with the builders, mortgage representatives, and other professionals who can help with any home-buying questions.

You can find information on each home in the Parade, including driving directions, online at www.rgvba.org. This year, Parade visitors will be able to rate each home by logging into the RGVBA website (www.rgvba.org) and by doing so, will be eligible to win one of three great giveaways. To rate a home, Parade attendees must scan the QR code displayed at the home which is customized specifically for that home only. The ratings provided by Parade attendees will determine the builders’ awards in various categories which the Association will present to its winning Parade builder participants. In addition to awards in several price categories, a People’s Choice Award will be presented to the home that is the most popular with all of the Parade visitors. See page 7 for additional instructions on how to rate a home and cast your vote.
