Spring is here! Spring is now officially here and this time of year we begin the gear up for the summer season!
In preparation, the tile in the bathrooms and showers at The Resort and Cherry Park have been given a deep clean. The furniture in the Clubhouse at The Resort was also given a deep clean. The pool heaters were turned on as of April 1st.
The landscape committee continues to work with BrightView and Monarch Environmental to note areas for renovation around the community. A lot has been done over the past year and there is still work to be done. The areas currently being reviewed for renovation are Cherry Park, Emerald Park and the New Haven Condos on Yountville.
With spring comes the return of the Yard of the Month program. Starting in May the committee will be identifying a yard each month to win recognition as the yard of the month along with a $50 gift certificate. So start your spring cleaning now! Take a few minutes to remove the weeds on a regular basis. Do you have torn screens, dirty windows, or a front porch that needs a little attention? Please take the time to clean up your home. Help to keep our community looking great and you may win!
The HOA in the next couple of months will be looking at additional areas to install more dog stations. If you have a suggested area, please email us at info@newhavenhoa.com and we will take a look!
A reminder to all HOA homeowners that the maintenance and repair of your air conditioning unit is the responsibility of each individual homeowner, not the Association. We have already had some hot days this Spring, and with more warm weather on its way, now may be a good time to service your air conditioning unit to ensure it is in proper working order before the Summer heat arrives! Most air conditioning companies become quite busy starting in the Spring, so
don ’t delay!
