Three of our student leaders represented Eastlea at East Ham Town Hall for the Holocaust Memorial event. It was extremely insightful with connections made to current day events whilst also remembering the tragedies that took place and lessons which can be learned for today. There were wonderful speeches and both musical and literary performances along with a beautiful candle lighting to reflect on those currently suffering and who have suffered in the past.
