Extra curricular activities at Eastlea Inclusion pupils celebrated in style with a fantastic street party, with homemade delicacies including scones, cookies. cupcakes and cucumber sandwiches.

All had a fab time and the party also included music, cookie decorating giant bubbles and colouring.

Our year 11 students begin the month of written GCSE exams next week with the first exam in the morning on Thursday, 9th (RE). All parents of year 11 should have received a copy of their child’s exam timetable. The full timetable can be accessed here.

Please support your child!

Exam time can be a really stressful time for young people but it doesn’t need to be. You can help your child with the following: ● help them to be organised and arrive to school in good time. ● remind them that Breakfast Club and the Library are open from 8 am if students want to settle before an exam or meet friends for revision. ● Encourage your child to go to bed at a reasonable time. Sleep helps our brains and memories function better. ● Encourage your child to have some time away from their books. We all need time for our brains to rest.

Year 7 Parents’ Evening is a success The Year 7 Parents' Evening was held on Wednesday 7th May 2025, providing an excellent opportunity for parents and guardians to meet with their child's teachers and discuss progress. The event was well-attended, with many parents taking the chance to learn more about their child's academic performance and social development.Teachers shared valuable insights into students' strengths and areas for improvement, and parents were able to ask questions and gain a better understanding of how to support their child's learning. The feedback from parents and teachers alike was overwhelmingly positive, highlighting the strong relationships already forming between students, parents, and staff.The event showcased the school's commitment to collaborative working and its dedication to ensuring every student receives the support they need to thrive.
