Extra curricular activities at Eastlea
Our Y8 football team played a game against Royal Docks Academy on Tuesday. The game was very competitive from both teams. Royal docks team scored 2 goals and our team had 0 goals. None of them gave up and the game ended 3-2 win for Eastlea. Amazing effort from our students and all of them stuck together until the last minute of the game. Well done to all of them and a big well done to Ali for scoring the 3 goals. The Eastlea girls’ netball team is top of the league following another fantastic win from the Year 10 team against Langdon Year 11 team, with a final score of 7:5. There was another fantastic win from our under-15 girls’ football team beating Lister Community School 5 - 0, with a hat trick from Rime. Last but not least, here was fantastic win for the Eastlea rowing team in the London Youth Rowing Newham Competition. There were wins for Emanuela, Yr 8 , Oliver, Yr9, Rywius and Rime , Yr10.
