SEND Panathlon Ten Pin Bowling

Extra curricular activities at Eastlea

We had the opportunity to take some of our pupils to the SEND Panathlon Ten-pin Bowling competition in Romford. They had a fantastic time and really enjoyed themselves. We finished in 1st place out of 6 schools across different boroughs, and Ayaan Hussain in Year 11 achieved the highest score among all the pupils. We are really proud.

Library Notices

Wishing you all a happy new year and welcome to the start of the new term! Can I kindly remind parents to look for any library books borrowed last term. Well done to those students who have already returned their books on time. Just as an incentive, for all those students who return their late books and exchange it for a new book this month will be able to take part in the New Year book competition. All completed entries will be entered into a prize draw and the first 10 students will all win a free book and a stationery set! Students will need to collect the entry forms from the library and must read at least two books to enter.

I'm excited to also announce the launch of our new Games Club this term! The club will meet every Tuesday 3.15pm-4.15pm, and we welcome students from all the year groups to join in and take part. Mrs Khanom, School Librarian
