May Procession On Monday 13 May, the May Procession took place with children bringing flowers to lay at the feet of Our Lady. A special service was held and then the older children accompanied the younger pupils in the journey from the Preparatory School to the Grotto, in the New Hall School grounds. Thank you to Father Nick and all the parents who attended the service and provided the children with flowers for the occasion.

RECEPTION VISIT TROPICAL WINGS

On Wednesday 15 May, Reception enjoyed their trip to Tropical Wings, despite the blustery weather! They saw a wide range of animals at the zoo including rabbits, guinea pigs, camouflage frogs, talking parrots and cute meerkats. Perhaps the best part was the tropical dome, where the butterflies are able to fly free. The pupils saw a variety of beautiful butterflies, as well as different types of cocoons. Thank you to all the parents who gave up their time to help on the trip. Francesca Karas: “I loved the blue butterflies.” Ruby Roberts – “I liked the white parrot because it screamed!” Ariana Pishbin – “I loved all the animals except the rat!”
