Prize Giving On Tuesday 2 July, the Key Stage 2 Prize Giving took place. We were delighted to welcome Sister Margaret Mary CRRS Prioress General to celebrate the occasion with us and distribute the prizes. As well as the prize giving, there was also wonderful entertainment from the Preparatory School orchestra and Chamber Choir as well as some eloquently presented poems from ESB speakers. Sister Margaret Mary gave an inspirational speech based around a beautiful photograph taken at the 370th Anniversary Mass at Westminster Cathedral. The photograph (opposite) depicts one of our pupils, Evie Fisher-Cook (3RE), holding the hand of a Senior School student; Sr Margaret Mary used this picture as a reflection for us all of the importance of being there for each other and supporting each other as we journey through life. Congratulations to the prize winners and to all of the pupils on another outstanding academic year. On Wednesday 3 July, the Year 6 Leavers’ Mass took place. It was a beautiful service and an opportunity for us to ask God’s blessing on all the children as they leave the Preparatory School to embark on the next stage of their lives. We wish them all the very best for the future.
