DONATIONS The Great Barrington VFW James A Modolo Post #8348 is reaching out to members, family and the community. We are in the process of renovating our Foreign Wars memorabilia and archives display. We would greatly appreciate any donations of military artifacts to add to our display.

It is our intention to preserve and honor the important history of the brave men and women from Great Barrington and surrounding towns who served in the armed forces. Items such as photographs, letters, medals, badges, flags, weapons, etc., would be graciously and proudly accepted.

Please document the Serviceperson’s rank, where they were stationed, his or her photograph and any other pertinent information we could include in the display of these treasured items. Hopefully, when presented in a museum-type setting, people will take the time to view it, understand and appreciate the importance and significance of these local enlisted men and women who answered the “Call of Duty.” Our goal at the VFW is to keep their memory alive for generations to come.
