Harley is a one-year-old pit bull mix who came to Berkshire Humane Society because she was too active for her former owner. As a young dog, she has a lot of energy and exuberance and as such needs a dedicated person who can teach her basic manners and help her overcome her fear of new things. She is cratetrained and well on her way to becoming fully house-trained.

Harley loves to play outside and fetch and gets along with other dogs. A home with a dog-savvy cat would be OK, too, but due to her energy, a family without young children would be best.
