The Great Barrington Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Housing Type: Elderly 667-1 Development for the Great Barrington Housing Authority in Great Barrington Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by Clark & Green, Inc., Architects.

The Project consists of: Repair of brick veneer masonry and repair and improvement of concrete bulkheads at two buildings, including bulkhead doors, along with drainage improvements in the immediate vicinity of the bulkheads.

The work is estimated to cost $50,175.
