Great Barrington Housing Authority Is Seeking

Contractor Bids The Great Barrington Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Housing Type: Elderly 667-1 Development for the Great Barrington Housing Authority in Great Barrington Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by Clark & Green, Inc., Architects.

The Project consists of: Repair of brick veneer masonry and repair and improvement of concrete bulkheads at two buildings, including bulkhead doors, along with drainage improvements in the immediate vicinity of the bulkheads.

The work is estimated to cost $50,175.

Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 §44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 §§26 to 27H inclusive.

For projects with an estimated construction cost of over $100,000, General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM), according to Article 2.1 in Section 00.21.00 Instructions to Bidders, in the category of: Not Applicable.
