The Town is seeking a part-time Parking Enforcement attendant.

The attendant will be responsible for enforcing all parking regulations in the downtown area, patrolling streets and parking areas in Town, reporting parking-related issues to police officers, and assisting people with directions and other information. In addition, the attendant will issue parking tickets for violations.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, experience dealing with the public; excellent judgment; a respectful demeanor, and carry out duties with minimal supervision.

The nursing staff provides care to adults (18+) and promotes resilience and self-direc�on with a focus on trea�ng the individual and not the diagnosis. Minimum pa�ent stay is 6-weeks. The nurse in this posi�on, ac�vely listens to pa�ents in a consistent way, forges a therapeu�c rela�onship, and fosters the pa�ents’ strengths by suppor�ng their adap�ve capacity to handle stress.

The RN works collabora�vely with the mul�disciplinary team to provide medical and psychiatric nursing interven�ons and directs and guides other personnel in the delivery of nursing care. MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN, FULL TIME 40 HRS . SOME WEEKEND HOURS REQUIRED, $500 SIGN ON BONUS. This posi�on provides responsive and skilled building and grounds maintenance with a�en�on to hospital-safety, and regulatory standards while maintaining a safe environment for the Center. Works independently and efficiently to ensure the smooth day-to-day opera�ons for the Center as assigned by the Facili�es Lead Maintenance Technician and/or the Facili�es Director. Provide oversight for the maintenance of mechanical equipment, appliances, plumbing, hea�ng units, aircondi�oning, locks, wood works, phones, and other communica�ons systems. Will be part of the oncall rota�on program along with other members of the team. Will have direct contact with pa�ents, staff and visitors. Responsible for keeping the facility opera�ng and repairing any problems when they are discovered before they have a chance to worsen or fail. Qualifica ons: High School, Trade school graduate preferred or significant building and technical experience. Computer literacy and able to work and understand BMS system and maintenance management so�ware. Current driver’s license with good driving record. Hois�ng and skid steer license required (ARC willing to provide). Experience working in construc�on or structured maintenance se�ng required. HOUSEKEEPER, FULL TIME 40 HRS , $500 SIGN ON BONUS: This posi�on is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for pa�ents and staff in various buildings of the Austen Riggs Center. THERAPEUTIC COMMUNITY STAFF TCP / MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELOR, 32 40 HOURS PER WEEK. Schedule includes evening and weekend hours: We are seeking a mental health professional to join our therapeu�c community staff. The therapeu�c community staff member works with pa�ents and staff to facilitate a range of social, educa�onal, cultural, and recrea�onal groups and ac�vi�es aimed at community building across our con�nuum of care.  DEFINITION/PRIMARY FUNCTION  Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor the Maintenance Worker maintains all mechanical equipment and mechanical systems, maintains grounds including mowing and snow removal and is responsible for the general maintenance of the hospital and associated buildings.  POSITION QUALIFICATIONS (Minimum qualifications are required unless stated otherwise.)

A. Experience:  Previous experience with equipment used in all trades, manual and power preferred.  Familiarity with boiler operation, HVACR, pumps and fire alarm systems preferred.

B. Education and Training:  High school graduate or equivalent or graduate of trade or vocational program.

C. License, Certification & Registration:  MA ENGINEERING LICENSE - Engineer Special to Operate within 180 days of hire.  DRIVER - Driver’s License D.
