The nurse in this posion, acvely listens to paents in a consistent way, forges a therapeuc relaonship, and fosters the paents’ strengths by supporng their adapve capacity to handle stress. The RN works collaboravely with the muldisciplinary team to provide medical and psychiatric nursing intervenons and directs and guides other personnel in the delivery of nursing care. The Austen Riggs Center has opportunies for growth and development for nurses in our nursing staff even if at the novice level. We offer 100% tuion reimbursement for our nurses. MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN, FULLTIME 40 HRS. SOME WEEKEND HOURS REQUIRED, $500 SIGNON BONUS. This posion provides responsive and skilled building and grounds maintenance with aenon to hospital-safety, and regulatory standards while maintaining a safe environment for the Center.

Works independently and efficiently to ensure the smooth day-to-day operaons for the Center as assigned by the Facilies Lead Maintenance Technician and/or the Facilies Director. Provide oversight for the maintenance of mechanical equipment, appliances, plumbing, heang units, air-condioning, locks, wood works, phones, and other communicaons systems. Will be part of the on-call rotaon program along with other members of the team. Will have direct contact with paents, staff and visitors. Responsible for keeping the facility operang and repairing any problems when they are discovered before they have a chance to worsen or fail. Qualificaons: High School, Trade school graduate preferred or significant building and technical experience. HOUSEKEEPER, FULLTIME 40 HRS, $500 SIGNON BONUS: This posion is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for paents and staff in various buildings of the Austen Riggs Center. This posion has two vacancies. Qualificaons: High school graduate or equivalent. Minimum of oneyear professional cleaning experience; previous experience in a healthcare seng preferred. Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team. Current driver’s license with good driving record. Pay: $17/hour plus excellent benefits.

HR GENERALIST 3032 HRS/WEEK. Hours could increase to 40 hours over me depending on departmental needs and ongoing projects. The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for performing HR-related dues on a professional level and works closely with other members of the HR team, supporng the overall mission of the Center. The Human Resource Generalist will lead the transaconal funcons of the Human Resources department. Qualificaons: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Organizaonal Development or related field is required. SHRM-CP or PHR cerficaon is helpful but not required.

BUSINESS OFFICE ASSISTANT, FULL TIME 40 HRS: This posion reports to the Director of Finance. The Business Office Assistant is responsible for performing roune accounng acvies and provides dynamic support to accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll processing. THERAPEUTIC COMMUNITY STAFF TCP/ MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELOR, 3240 HOURS PER WEEK. Schedule includes evening and weekend hours: We are seeking a mental health professional to join our therapeuc community staff. The therapeuc community staff member works with paents and staff to facilitate a range of social, educaonal, cultural, and recreaonal groups and acvies aimed at community building across our connuum of care.

Central to the role is the ability to facilitate interpersonal learning for those with a history of problemac relaonships. The ability to contribute to our Health and Wellness program which promotes physical health and greater awareness of the mind-body connecon is preferred.
