Bachelor’s degree required with at least three years of related experience. Successful candidates must exhibit excellent positive leadership, organization and communication/computer skills. Lifeguard certification will be required within 3 months of hire and expectation for future certification as Pool Operator. Wellness class instruction certification a plus.
