Dear Lynn, I ran into a friend the other day. She told me she has had her house on the market for a very long time with no offers. She said she was thinking about finding a new real estate agent. I told her about a relative of mine who sells real estate, and offered to call him for her. I called my relative and told him what I knew about my friend’s situation. He asked a few questions and then said that he would be happy to chat with her if she calls him. I said, “I think it would be good if you called her, let me give you her phone number.” He explained to me that he could not call her because she has her home listed with another real estate company.
