No DESIGN changes, upgrades or additions will be executed unless a Change Order request is presented in writing to the Sales Agent with the Buyer's signature and approval by Newcastle Homes, INC. NO VERBAL REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED OR HONORED. Design changes AFTER the final design appointment will incur a Change Order fee of $500 per change.
