Sample colors may differ from actual selection due to variations of natural stone and manufacturing processes. Patterns and color selections may vary based on availability and on-site dimensions.
In the event a selection is no longer available, the buyer will be notified and asked to reselect as soon as possible. Change orders will be created and signed to make all reselections official.
Design selections are considered FINAL when signed and dated by the buyer. No DESIGN changes, upgrades or additions will be executed unless a Change Order request is presented in writing to the Sales Agent with the Buyer's signature and approval by Newcastle Construction, INC.
NO VERBAL REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED OR HONOURED.
Design changes AFTER the final design appointment will incur a Change Order fee of $500 per change.
