This milestone is a testament to the enduring commitment of our incredible team, the incredible support of our partners, stakeholders, and the resilient spirit of the people we have served for a half century.

As we reflect on our journey over the past five decades, we are reminded of the vision that brought this organization to life in 1971. Louis Garcia, our visionary founder, had a dream of a healthier, happier community. His tireless efforts and unwavering belief in the power of accessible healthcare continue to inspire us today. We stand on the shoulders of giants, and our mission remains as clear as ever: to provide exceptional healthcare to all, regardless of their circumstances. In these fifty years, we've braved storms and weathered adversity, but through it all, our unwavering dedication to accessible healthcare has never wavered. Through it all, we have not only persevered but also thrived, evolving our services to meet the changing needs of our community. This is a testament to the incredible dedication of our healthcare professionals and staff, who work tirelessly to improve the lives of those in the San Fernando and Santa Clarita Valleys. But today is not just about looking back; it's about celebrating the present and looking ahead to the future. Our commitment to innovation, community engagement, and the pursuit of health equity remains unwavering. As we stand on the cusp of our next halfcentury, we are more committed than ever to close gaps in access to care for those most vulnerable and in need. 50th Anniversary Gala of Northeast Valley Health Corporation On behalf of the state of California, it is my pleasure to welcome those gathered for Northeast Valley Health Corporation (NEVHC)’s 50th Anniversary Gala. Incorporated in 1971 by a group of San Fernando Valley civic leaders aiming to establish a healthcare system that catered to the medical needs of underrepresented groups in Los Angeles County, NEVHC has provided quality, safe, and comprehensive healthcare to the medically underserved for over 50 years. Since its inception, NEVHC has grown to host 18 health centers and over 70,000 patients across the San Fernando and Santa Clarita valleys. The dedication towards providing medical, dental, and behavioral healthcare services to uninsured patients with limited financial resources represents the very best of our California for All values. Valley Breast Care & Women’s Health Center is proud to announce the grand opening of Valley Breast Care at Santa Clarita, a division of the San Fernando Valley Cancer Center.

Valley Breast Care was established in 2005 and has been providing state of the art high quality breast cancer screening, diagnostics, and treatment services to women residing in the San Fernando Valley and downtown regions over the last two decades. The center is happy to now offer these same high-quality services to women residing in the Santa Clarita Valley and surrounding areas.
