All applications for deer (including the Restricted Nonresident Guided Mule Deer Hunt), antelope, elk, black bear, bighorn sheep, and mountain goat tags must be submitted online at www.ndowlicensing.com. Applications by mail will not be accepted. Mailed applications received by the Department will be returned to the applicant unprocessed.

The Department will only accept applications for the big game main draw submitted online through www.ndowlicensing.com before 11pm (pacific time) on Monday, May 10, 2021. Bonus point only applications submitted online through www.ndowlicensing.com will be accepted until 11pm (pacific time) on Monday, May 17, 2021.

Initial big game main draw results will be posted online at www.ndowlicensing.com no later than 48 hours after the completion of the draw. Final results of the big game main draw will be provided on or before Friday, May 26, 2021. Draw results will not be released until results are available online.

The Department will only accept applications for the big game second draw submitted online through www.ndowlicensing.com before 11pm (pacific time) on Monday, June 14, 2021. Bonus point only applications submitted online through www.ndowlicensing.com will be accepted until 11pm (pacific time) on Monday, June 21, 2021.

Initial big game second draw results will be posted online at www.ndowlicensing.com no later than 48 hours after the completion of the draw. Final results of the big game second draw will be provided on or before July 9, 2021. Draw results will not be released until results are available online. .

Following the big game second draw, any remaining tag quotas for deer, antelope, elk, black bear, bighorn sheep, or mountain goat with no eligible alternate will be available for purchase to eligible resident and non-resident customers through a first-come-first-served process. Remaining junior deer quotas will only be available to eligible resident junior applicants. All Big Game Application eligibility rules will apply to purchased first-come-first-served tags and will only be available for purchase on-line at www. ndowlicensing.com. Remaining tags will not be available for purchase at Department offices or license vendors. Customers must be at least 12 years old at the time of the first-come-firstserved purchase on a hunt season that is already in progress.
