CONTEST RULES
All Entries Must Be Residents of Vernon County Weigh-ins must abide by the rules set up. All entries are treated fairly and in the same manner.
1. Bucks only may be entered in contest.
2. Deer must be field dressed before weighing. Completely remove all internal organs and external organs.
3. Hunters: Any age or sex.
4. Deer must be officially checked in with the MO. Department of Conservation.
5. Take your “BIG BUCK” to: TERRY’S TAXIDERMY
Directions: From Nevada East on 54 Hwy. 7 miles to 2300 Rd. turn South 8/10 mile. Look for signs For Official Weighing. 10:00 a.m. - 8 p.m.
• In case of tie, the first one weighed in wins.
• At the close of the contest, winner will need to pick up certificate at the Nevada Daily Mail 131 S. Cedar.
• Prizes must be picked up by December 31, unless prior arrangements have been made.
