You paid into Social Security for most of your life so you could have access to Medicare. Services offered through Original Medicare require fewer pre-approvals and result in fewer restrictions than Medicare Advantage plans.

While Medicare Advantage plans promise lower out-of-pocket costs and certain perks not available with Original Medicare, they won’t tell you that their plans will force you to seek care within their limited network, into some bigger city and further from home MA plans also funnel significant profits back to insurance programs.

Despite the flashy sales pitches from private, for-profit Medicare Advantage companies, Cedar County Memorial Hospital favors Original Medicare, where the advantage is clear.

If you have 10+ acres of timber, we may be able to help! Our local hardwoods are in demand for flooring, furniture, gunstocks, barrels and more!

Our Logging crews are certified by Missouri Forest Products Assoc., the Missouri Department of Conservation, and used by Kansas DNR.

Our sawmill has been in business since 1948, employing LOCAL people and putting dollars into the LOCAL economy, not shipping US logs and lumber to China.

We are glad to provide references, and will come to your property to give you a clear idea of how much your timber could pay, either cash up front or in shares as the harvest progresses. We provide WRITTEN contracts to protect both parties.
