BACON TOWNSHIP of Vernon County
Notice of Invitation to Bid
Bids will be received by Bacon Township until October 8, 2025 for the hauling of rock/aggregate material. The project involves the hauling of various grades of rock for township road maintenance. The contractor will be responsible for loading, hauling, and delivering the material to designated locations within the township. Bids must include rates per ton and/or rates per mile. Bidders must possess all necessary equipment, including dump trucks to perform the work in a timely and professional manner. All work shall be performed in accordance with applicable state and local regulations.
A certificate of insurance and proof of workers’ compensation coverage will be required from the winning bidder.
