Who Am I ? Who Am I ?

I grew up with my grandparents, and that experience shaped a big part of who I am today. Living with them taught me patience, respect, and the value of family ties. I witnessed firsthand the wisdom and unconditional love that grandparents can give, and it also gave me an early awareness of how important it is to takecareoftheelderly.Theirstories, guidance, and way of life continue to influence my values and decisions evennow.

FOR FUTURE ME FOR FUTURE ME

I believe that small but consistent habits can help me age healthily. Being purposive in everything I do keeps my life meaningful and directed.
Confidence helps me face challenges without unnecessary stress. Practicing self-care, like always wearing sunscreen to protect my skin and doing light exercises, will benefit my body in the long run. Building these habits early can contribute to a wholesome and healthier lifestyle when I grow older.
